I’m probably pushing a little too hard on the jelking/stretching/squeeze side of my PE routine because I’ve been on a real long plateau of not much change. I had been having some darkening of pigmentation on the underside of my shaft in small blotches (this seems permanent) and red marks (temporary) from jelking whereas I never got them before during more than a year of PE.

Interesting to me though that, in spite of the bad rap pumping sometimes gets as a “dangerous” activity, pumping sessions never result in these “injuries”; they arrive instead as the result of the other exercises I do. I’ve since modified my routine to girth squeezes only (I don’t care about length much now) in the past month, combined with my usual pumping sessions. No more red spots and the blotching has stopped spreading.

Anybody have this experience?

I had an injury at about the 7th week of my PE routine. I was not pumping at the time, but I started to do ulis. Well I must of placed my hand wrong at the base because when I squeezed I felt a faint pop and when I looked I seen a blown vein. It did not hurt, but it took about 2 weeks to heal. Now in comparison with my pumping, the 2 months I have been at it I have not had any injuries or mishaps.

The red spots, well I always seem to get them when I jelq. They go away after a day or 2 so I don’t worry about them too much.

I’m thinking about just hanging/ulis/pumping and only light jelqing in between pumps. I will not be hanging much longer as I’m getting close to my goal length of 9”. But I want 7” girth and that I think I will have to work at.

Red spots totally gone, although the dark blotching remains. I am not concerned about that. Skin stretch marks? Will resume jelks although I’m not interested in length, they may help with girth.

How do you intend to get the girth you are looking for?

I’m going to go on an intense uli routine after I’m done with my hanging. What i want to do is ulis in the morning and pumping and light jelqing at night. Hopefully this will cement any gains I get from the uli routine. I guess only time will tell!

sounds impressive, mod… what length did you start at? and what do you attribute your length gains too? oh, and how long have you been at it?

i got my pump about 5 weeks ago and have been doing that pretty exclusively, following the pumping 101 formula. i love it. gained probably a half inch so far and very noticible girth.

I started about 4 1/2 months ago. I was a little shy of 6 3/4” in length and just about 6” in girth. I did heavy manual starching and jelqing. I used to do the fowler… I believe that is what its called. Any way I would pull my penis up under my butt and sit on it for about 1 hour a day after my manual stretching. All this got me to about 7 15/16” just shy of 8”. That is when I started hanging with the bib because my length gains stopped. I started pumping about 2 weeks before I bought the bib.

This has been a dedicated 4 1/2 months for me. But it seem that the last 1/4” is going to be hard to gain. I will give it 2 to 3 more months with the bib then I will call it quits on length gains even if I’m not at 9”. I will then just concentrate on my girth, and I want 7” there. I will do intense uli routine in the morning and pump and light jelq at night to see if I can reach my goal.
