My Erection Quality has declined since loosing weight which is odd. I no longer get morning wood. I am actually having issues getting hard at all. I am trying to detox from porn and I cannot get an erection at all by myself. I am not sure if it is my new diet, a unknown health issue, porn detox, or all of the above.

I have gained usable penetration length since loosing weight and PE, but my erections are soft and spongy. I can still bend my penis when erect. My flaccid girth and erect girth are less than an inch apart. Thinking I may be over-training as well, but my routine is not very intense.

Do not watch porn. Under any circumstance. Break that addiction. I failed to mention that above^

It was so hard and discouraging just like you I couldn’t get a boner without porn when I tried to get away from the habit. Masturbation sucked. I felt nothing. But it takes so long you have to be a warrior and fight it no matter how bad you feel about your limp dick.

My hydroxtreme broke today!

Disappointed. Today I started again after a 3 day break. Luckily I am within the return period on the hydroxtreme. So I’m returning it and going to go with tittliest ‘s recommendation. pumping with a gauge.
