Prevent Skin Chaffing At High Pressure?

Prevent Skin Chaffing At High Pressure?

I constantly pump at a pressure between 7-10 mmHg. Seems this the only way to actually stretch my penis, aiming for length. 5mmHg just doesn’t it cut it. I was pumping at crazy high pressures at 20-30 mmHg, realized my mistake and scaled it down.

However, the skin, starting from the foreskin became too chaffed. It then got very itch before flaking off. Anyway to prevent this?

Vitamin E oil will help.

First let’s get the vacuum units straightened out.
You are actually pumping at 7-10 inhg which equates to 180-260 mmhg.

As far as the flaking goes, how long do you pump for? Do you take rest days? What kind of lube do you use? Do you clean it off after your routine?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

When you say chaffing do you mean inflamed, sore skin?

Could it be that you are expanding your skin to quickly and beyond its elastic limit? That would cause micro tears and inflammation + dead flaky skin.
Are you allergic to the lube you’re using?

Reduce the duration of your pumping sessions so that the skin survives without any damage and then start to increase the duration gently. If you experience inflammation again have a break and restart pumping with a shorter duration.

Maybe high pressure will cause chaffing regardless of what you use or do to prevent or remedy it because the pressure is actually too high for your penis? Does your foreskin chaff when you pump at lower pressure? If only at high pressure then pressure is your culprit. Maybe coconut oil or olive oil can help too. Something in your lube might be irritating you. Are you circumcised?

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

Yep, that’s high pressure. I’m doing 2 x 15-20 mins sessions per day. Busy days will be a single 30 minutes session per day. Following 5 days on, 2 days off routine. Using water based jelly lubricant. And yes, I wash it off after each session.

Yes chaffed - inflamed, slightly sore skin. And after few days, especially on my rest days, the entire area turns flaky white. I even thought this is a fungal infection and did use anti-fungal on it. This is an interesting take, I usually rush up until 7 inHg fast. Should take it slowly though.

Ok I just remembered I used to pump with coconut oil as a lubricant and it was messier to clean up. Think should restart using it.

It definitely sounds like you rushing to get to 7 inHg is the issue. Essentially, too much pull on the skin too soon.

I’m not a advocating you go that high in pressure but if you’re going to; you may want to allot the 1st few minutes at 4-6 inHg to let you dick “settle” and then SLOWLY ramp up to whatever your end goal is.
