This may be a very important signal for both skeletal muscle hypertrophy and smooth muscle gains in PE? I believe this has been brought up in some older threads by others also. Pumping and clamping (and priapism)-induced gains may kinda do this but probably rely on slightly different mechanisms?

That’s my guess, Bohm. One problem, though, is that this kind of hypertrophy could also change structural properties of smooth muscle tissue, as it happens with priapism. I posted something about in my LLH thread, I’ll post a link when I’ll have time.

Mister Wiskers you can buy a pump at Sears. It used for vacuming brakes. Also check out the Autoextender. It will convert what you have to a better method. .
