So I have a quality pump from Lapdist, nothing is wrong there. I get a tight seal, and my penis swells inside the tube, so there’s obviously expansion going on. The thing is, once I release the pressure and pull out, my dick doesn’t really stay plumped. I can fit my fingers around just as well after, as I could before I pumped. Does this mean I’m going too low in pressure, or too high? Or is this normal?

I’ve pumped from 3-5 hG, up to 6-7 today. 10 minute sessions.

Post pump result lasts longer as you gain experience, but there are things to do to help it along. First, don’t increase pressure as you gain experience, increase time. Stay in the 3-5”hg range and add another 10 minute set. At the end of you session, just don’t pull out and quit. Masturbate up to a full erection and maintain it for 10 minutes. I put on a cock ring at the end of my routine and maintain my full post pump result when I do this. Eventually, you should try for 3 ten minute sets with some light to moderate jelqing in between pump sets.

I was afraid this would be the answer. With work, plus training (gymnastics, MMA, and olympic weightlifting), plus school as a premed, it’s nearly impossible for me to find the time to sink 30 minutes into pumping. I was hoping I could just do 1x10 minute session daily and be done with it.

Not to be funny but you can do that, and most likely no results will come of it. You need to put in the time and consistency if you want any real results. I would try and listen to gprent on this one, I would follow his routine he posted. One thing I would add to that would be a nice warm up with a rice sock and continual added heat for the whole routine. I would also jelq between sets for a few minutes then masturbate up to a full erection to go back into the tube . That whole routine should take around an hour. I know that’s not what you want to hear but it all comes down to “how bad do you want it?”.

At least take the time to end your sessions with a hard on massage. That will begin to help.

They don’t require a daily investment, first off. Second, you can’t compare them to PE like that.
