My Pumping/Jelq Experience and well......GAINS=)

Hello Guys,
This is my first post.
I started Pumping/Jelqing about 4 months ago, after trail and error for a month, I seek out advice from a few mentors (Avocate and Peforeal and other vets)
After their generous e-mails and advice, I still saw no gains after another 2 month of PE. I was ready to give up, so I decited to rest a few days completly from PE, and give PE one last shot.
My routine is -
Pump (moderately, comfortably) 5 sets of 10 Mins
Jelq in between sets/after total session moderately
Wash off and wear the velcro wrist band for a few hours after.

5 Days Later ………..
HALF AND INCH GAINED IN LENGTH!!!
I could not believe it, but it was real, real gains, measurable kind.
Not the temp gains that happen after a session and your penis feel heavier and it’s more relaxed and more circulated so it hangs a bit longer than your usual size.
I gained in girth too some but didn’t measure since I am not as concerned in girth as in length.
BEFORE 5.5 erect 2.5 flaccid.
NOW 6.0 erect 3.0 flaccid.
I know that it is far from my goals, but I know now that my goals are definitly reachable.
I am so excited.
Don’t give up guys, and don’t stress either =)

I have been mentoring him and got the definite impression from his last email that he was getting very discouraged not to have seen any gain yet and was thinking of throwing in the towel on PE although he didn’t come right out and say that.

It just goes to show that perseverance pays off - sooner or later for most guys.

Hey swimfan,

Good job on the gains! Are you doing alot of hot wraps before and/or between pumping sets? How long did take you to get up to 5 sets a day, or is that just how you started? I’m pretty much doing the same thing as you, except I’m only doing 2 sets for now (I just restarted again yesterday after a long break) and I’m doing hot wraps instead of jelqing in between sets.

Just wondering, have you been at it for 4 mths or 6 mths all total?
What velcro wrist band are you refering to. Where can you get one?
Are you using a cylinder larger or slightly larger than your erect girth and has it contributed to making your length gains?

I started at 3 sets of 10mins, 4.5 month of PE all together.
Now I pump with a cylinder that is slightly bigger than my girth.
I just posted my measurments and gains in the data base area.
The wrist wrap is the one that peforeal suggested it has magnets in them. I bought my at local wall greens.

Once I started seeing real gains, everyday I see progress. and the sessions are so much better (my penis response to it better).

My ball sacs are hanging really loose too.

I dont really do hot wraps, I just wash off in the shower after my total session.

I pump by my heater, it helps me relax my ligs.

Do you wear the TheraP strap for 5 hours straight? I’ve been wearing mine for probably 8 hours most days. I always loosen it when I pee, I try to check it occasionally as well. Often the head will be cool, not cold. I generally don’t pump up or anything before putting it on, so the engorgement varies. I do think it’s helped my flacid hang for sure, not bad for a passive PE technique. I’ve just built a “Blakoe Ring” knockoff, and am wearing both it and the TheraP today for the first time. I wear the Ring around both shaft and balls, and the TheraP around shaft only. I tried using the TheraP around both balls and shaft, but didn’t like the way it pushed my balls forward into the shaft skin.

Outta sight avatar. And you managed to by-pass our “no penetration” rule for posts, in spite of a lot of implied penetration.

To learn more about the TheraP wrist wrap, read this thread.

It helps to put it on either after a PE session to help trap more engorgement or even in the AM when you wake up with a hard-on. It is difficult to make it so tight that circulation is cut off. Comfortable, too, for long-time wear.

Theory is that microtears will heal while you are in a slightly larger state than flaccid.

I still thank peforeal that I got good flaccid hang after years of not. He’s the first person I know of to see this application.

Just saw your location. Liberty SC. Man this is wild, we are a stones throw from each other. I live in Piedmont SC. Very cool to see a fellow Southern boy here at Thunders. Like that avatar as well!

Anyway, started pumping again last week. Got in one full week now, 30 min p/d with jelk in between sets. I went for 3 straight months last year but stopped to start hanging again but haven’t had much luck with hanging so the pump is back in action.

Been thinking about getting the Thera-P strap as my homemade CR ain’t getting it. Will it work ok for someone with 6x5.5” or is it to big or bulky?
I figure I can always grow into it as the months progress…yes?

Question, I’m using my homemade power jelk between sets and it works very well for me. I made it last year and been using it ever since. I developed a “Frozen Shoulder” last year and had to find an alternative method for jelking. Does anyone else use the real Power jelk in combo with pumping? Has anyone made gains using it in their PE routines?

Goodness you are close. I live like 10 minutes from good ol Piedmont. How old are you? You always lived around piedmont. My main interest in pumping is im going to start to try to correct a slight 20 degree curve I got plus the added benefits of some enlargement. PM me if you want too.

I’ll stay lite on the details. I’m about over the hill, late- 40’s, married, lived here for quite some time. Don’t know much about the curve thing. Maybe the vets here could offer some help in that department.
