Like a lot of you, I really don’t have a lot of time for PE. I work a lot of hours, and then when I come home I spend a lot of my time with the family, etc. So, I really only get 30 to 60 minutes non-sleeping time to myself a day. I read a lot about these marathon PE sessions that some of you do, which does one of two things 1) makes me think you’re wasting your time and could get similar results with less effort or 2) that I’m wasting the 30 minutes a day I’m putting in toward PE because it’s not more and won’t do anything.

To those of you out there like me who have gained, what have you done to maximize your gains in the short amount of time you have available for PE? I really like pumping, which I recently got into. I’m certainly not beyond ditching it and sticking with a purely manual routine. Should I be wearing a cock ring during the day to PE without really PEing?

Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance for your time.

When I first started PE there were a number of things I did to make sure I was getting more time into my routines. Here’s some of them that I plan on picking up again.

1: Shower PE - I used to do a lengthy routine while taking a shower but I plan on taking at least 5 minutes each shower to stretch and jelq.
2: Bathroom Break - I go into the stall and after urinating I hold a stretch for 30 seconds
3: Get a quality ADS. If you have a sedentary type job you can get a few hours of stretch time. If your job is more active I’d go for an all-day cock ring or wrap.


Short-Term Goal: 6.25" EG by 9/1/14

Long-Term Goal: 10.25" BPEL and 6.5" EG ?

Have you tried traction wrapping?
If you learn that method and get used to it you can do small sets then traction wrapping the rest of the day after PE session. I have traction wrapping almost 3 months now..
I did this traction wrapping before and it was very positive so I’m at it again.

You can wrap after any sort of PE session to keep stretched and elongated all day. But it takes time to learn and it’s tricky in the beginning. But when you learn wrapping, you can’t be out of it.

It’s good for skinhealth, it keeps penis warm, good for circulation.. and you learn/force penis to heal in stretched/elongated state..

Mr. Lover can you post up details of your all day wrap please? In the past I used a sock with velcro and beginning 2014 I want to get back into it so looking at the best way to wrap.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

I’ll try.. excuse if my English is not the best all the time :-)

After PE session I stretch out gently, just like the stretch stops, not hard like hell.. but not a tiny stretch either. Then I use a ace bandage to wrap with. The ace bandage should have a good stretch in the cotton..
Grab under head, overhand grip, thumb and pointing..then wrap with the opposite hand. Begin wrapping from head down to base and then up to head again. Put on the clip that comes with the package when you bye it when you finish wrapping. It’s some kind of tricky first time. But when time goes you will master it and can’t finish a session without wrapping.
Use the rest of the fingers to hold the wrapping when you start at the head. And don’t wrap to hard so you don’t stop the circulation and don’t to loose either then it fall off or do nothing.. but when learning the right way to wrap you can have it for long periods of time…

IIf you haven’t done traction wrapping before start out slow as any other exercises and build up time in the wrap. I begun with 2-3 hours..

Well, it’s hard to tell in English but that’s how I wrapping. And it’s working great for me.

Long story short, for the time being, pumping is really not the way to go, or I should be supplementing with ADS, quick tugs throughout the day, etc.?

Did you ever have a problem with the head of your penis becoming really engorged and starting to turn colors? Or did you wrap head also . to loose falls off to tight head gets engorged just right doesn’t stay elongated . Does it twist the penis in the direction of the rotation? Did it leave lines where the wrap overlapped on your penis? I used ace bandage also , still a mystery to me?

No problem with my head! I don’t begin my wrapping so hard when I start wrap from head down to base and I don’t wrap head. It leaves lines at skin sometimes but they go away over night. I alwas wrap after any PE session, I have done that almost 3 monts soon and I wear it all day after PE, even at my restdays. I have no problem with it but it takes time to get the wrap perfect to hold stretch/pump/jelq or whatever you do.. I have done traction wrapping before and I’m on it again :-)
I have gained almost 1 cm erect lenght allready..
