I am on a quest for girth and I have been adjusting my routine to what works best for me. I started with a regular workout on 02/28/2010, so far I have gained 1/16 in girth.

It feels like my penis has a very strong skin and ligs, hard to expand. I have been pumping for a little less then a month now and I like what the expansion I get in the cylinder, feels like a porn star. When pumping before 5 in/Hg, it doesn’t show any difference from my regular erection size, in the last 5 minutes of pumping, when I increase the pressure to 7.5 in/Hg, it’s very noticeable the difference.

Between the 2 pumping sections I do some jelqs, paying attention to each movement and trying to do perfect jelqs all the time. When I finish the jelqing section I have a lot of fluid build-up, so far I don’t know if that is good or not.

My routine:
15 minutes pumping (first 10 minutes @ 5 in/Hg - last 5 minutes @ 7.5 in/Hg)
15 minutes dry jelqing (70% - 80% erection, strong grip)
15 minutes pumping (first 10 minutes @ 5 in/Hg - last 5 minutes @ 7.5 in/Hg)
50 x 5 seconds kegels

Honestly I have to say if you don’t want to develop a baseball shape dick loosen the grip on the jelq a moderate grip should work. I am fixing my baseball dick with pumping in the morning and afternoon and I only jelq before bed.
I do not like a routine with jelq and pump in the same session it did create this baseball bat for me. You should also consider doing something like 3-4hg at 15-20 minute sets and then if you must raise the pressure do it no more than up to 5hg. You are going to condition your dick too fast and will end up with nothing but fluid buildup and little actual gains.

Just as an example here is my pumping routine. I alternate how many jelqs I do depending on my EQ if its low that day I will skip jelqing. I have been pumping for about 7 months now I gave up hanging to concentrate on pumping just about 2 months ago. I have never pumped higher than 5hg and even that gave a bit of fluid build up 3hg is my sweet spot its great virtually no fluid at all.

10 minute heated wet towel. Before each pumping session. With 5-10 minute breaks to massage penis between sets. So far I have gained about 1/8th base girth since concentrating on pumping.
3x20 minute at 3-3.5 hg in the morning around 7am.
3x20 minute at 3-3.5 hg in the afternoon around 5pm.
40-80 wet jelqs with moderate grip (no harder than masturbation) at night before bed.
