I have been pumping with the Longjohnny for several months now and have experienced a big change in the size of my flaccid hang and much better, looser and lower ball hang. My ball sack has always been tight so this is a big improvement for me.

I pump with it every third day and only use 4.5”hg max and go for 40 minutes straight but release the pressure down to .5”hg every 5 minutes. My entire package comes out quite huge and I put on a cock ring to hold it for at least 10 minutes and often longer. The results for me last into the next day, although my flaccid hang is now permanently much larger. My turtle dick is gone forever!!!

Why don’t you pump with it everyday? Also, that’s a pretty steep price to pay for a cylinder. There has to be cheaper alternatives.

Gprent, how has pumping with the Long Johnny affected your pumping reaction/gains when using a regular cylinder? When you release the pressure down to .5” HG, how long do you leave it at that pressure before you pump back up to 4.5” HG?

What measurable gains have you seen from using the Long Johnny?

I have been considering purchasing one for a bit but haven’t got to it yet; your observations are definitely great to know about.

There are a couple of reasons why I don’t pump everyday. First, right now I am concentrating on having the healthiest cock possible with zero discoloration and excellent erection response. I am also just backing off to a semi-retired maintenance stage that fits my schedule better. Right now I am on a 3 day exercise rotation schedule. On day one I go for a hike/jog, on day two I lift weights and on day three I do my pump PE.

I think my pumping with the Longjohnny has been better then regular cylinders basically because it pumps the full package right down to the root of the penis deep inside the body. I think this helps the result last even longer then regular pumping.

When I release the pressure down to .5”hg it is only for 10 to 30 seconds and then I slowly pump back up to 4.5”hg for 5 minutes. I also like to do a lot of kegels when I pump. I also always wrap the cylinder in a heat pad while I pump. New Heat Pad For Your Consideration

I think I have maxed out on my erect gains. :( What has continued to improve is my penis health and flaccid size and hang.

Gprent do you find that pumping at 4.5”hg is better than pumping at 6”hg -8”hg. I find that with my regular cylinder if I pump that low it really does nothing for me. I just ordered the long johnny today, so am looking forward to package pumping. I think I will incorporate clamping as well with my package pumping. Any thoughts on that.

I used to pump at 6-8”hg and did so for a long time. Over the long term is just caused too much trauma for me but it took me a long time to figure it all out. It turns out that as long as you are pumping at those higher levels on a very regular basis, the trauma and discoloration is masked by what I think is increased levels of lymph fluid. The clue to this hidden damage makes itself more pronounced when you take a short break of several days and then resume pumping and find a lot of discoloration present after that return to pumping. I finally made the decision that avoiding all of that trauma was the best way to get back on the road to success and it turned out to be true.

You can get just as good results at lower pressure pumping under 5”hg. It just takes perhaps a little more time to reach a good post pump size, but the size you do reach is all blood expansion and very little if any lymph expansion. The best thing is that you are below your trauma level and that leads to much better lasting results, and a better looking and better functioning cock.

Yes, I put on the equivalent of a clamp after pumping to maintain the post pump result for a little longer, up to 20 minutes. First I fully restore normal blood flow and color and then don’t put it on too tight, or this will bust capillaries too.

The key to the best result is avoid lymph fluid and avoid discoloration by not breaking capillaries.

After you receive it, let us know what you think of the Long Johnny. I have one, and I find it to be complementary to my standard straight thickwall cylinder.

I also pump at low vacuum. I may start out a session at 2 inHg and work my way up to 4 over the course of the session.

I’ve been pumping for several years now - almost everyday, but just recently I took a 10 day break because of discoloration and just over doing it. When I started back up I did maintain a good pump at the lower levels, so I think I will try a 2 day on 1 day off routine for a while and try to stay at the lower levels. I will let you guys know how it goes with the long johnny. Before taking the break I had incorporated clamping with pumping and did make some nice girth gains, so now that I’ve taken a break I will incorporate clamping again, but maybe not quite as extreme as I would like the discoloration to slowly fade and have a healthy huge cock!

You are saying very interesting and important things in this post and I have some questions to make you.

I am 50 years old, so for me too having an healthy cock is as important as to gain size.

Now I pump 4-5 times a week 2-3 sets of 10-20 minutes at 4-6” hg. I use 6” hg in the second part of my sets.

I have my best stretch sensations at 6 “hg. I have a big glans that packs my 2” tube. I also pack it for 3” starting from the base and almost 3” of my shaft doesn’t still touch the wall of the tube.

I pump for 4 months now and PE regularly since January 2006.

Can 4-6” hg be considered a safe range of work?

Which kind of discoloration had you from pumping? I had a bad discoloration from double clamping, starting 1” from the base in irregular way.

I remember a lot of bust and broken capillaries after my clamping sessions. I stopped clamping for pumping and at the present I have not noticed capillaries problems.

Have you done something special to get rid of your discoloration?

I have made the most improvement in my last year of pumping by trying to avoid damage I was causing from using too much pressure. So I have paid a lot of attention to the maximum pressure I can use but still stay below my trauma line. For me, I start crossing that line right about 5”hg, so I have set my pressure limit at 4.5”hg. My discoloration that resulted from many years pumping at pressures of 6”hg and above, has all but disappeared from using my new pressure limit. Another benefit from pumping without damage is my flaccid size continues to improve and my erection strength and ability to achieve erection is like I am in my thirties again.

I can achieve just as good expansion from using lower pressure by pumping for longer time. My current routine is 40 minutes continuous pumping, but every 5 minutes I reduce the pressure down to less than 1”hg for 15 seconds or so, and then pump back up to 4.5”hg. Right now I am only pumping every third day, but I change my schedule a lot. I must admit, this schedule is a good one for me at the moment.

So, find your trauma limit line pressure and stay below that pressure. The benefits will be no discoloration, flaccid size improvement and full erection capability. I suspect that using up to 6”hg is going to be a little too high for you. Try lower pressure and longer time.

Interestingly enough, that’s when I made the “leap of faith” to hanging, and started to see some decent EL gains. I believe that I gained EL easily through hanging because of the toughness and conditioning I had from years of pumping.
