Do you guys use pumps and extenders

I’ve never used a pump or extender, just doing stretching and jelqing now.. But I’m curious if you guys do all 4?

I imagine some do. I have done three out of the four; I don’t have an extender.

Whatever combination of PE techniques you employ, the general principles still apply. Watch your PIs and your EQ, and don’t overdo.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

Personally, I think most methods work best in tandem with other methods. Stretching before pumping for example, or wearing my ADS after pumping. Experimernt a bit and find what seems to work best for you. Good luck, pirate!

Jelq was my main routine until this year where I had switch over to pumping as my main routine.

Still Jelq for a couple of minutes each day but only as warm up exercise for my pumping session.
