Do Decon Breaks Apply To Pumping As Well?

Been using my pump very consistently now for 2-3 months. I love the routine and enjoy the process. Always pump at 5hg and have been doing 20 mins in the morning 5 on 2 off. Sometimes I’ll squeeze in an evening set a couple times a week. Prior to that I’ve cycled between hanging and pumping for probably the last year or so. I have been seeing very slow but steady increases in the last month or so while in the tube.

My question is, is a decon break beneficial when pumping, or is this more for hanging?
