Bathmate user looking for length exercise

Hi people. I am using the Bathmate Goliath. As this mainly goes to girth, I would like to add a manual exercise for length gains. I think that manual stretches would be better than jelqs, is that right?

Would the following be a good workout?

5 mins warming up
10 mins stretching <— NEW
100 kegels
10 mins Bathmate
100 kegels
10 mins Bathmate
100 kegels

Of course I could expand stretching time to 15 or 20 minutes later.

BPEL: 6.7 > 7.1 > 8.0

EGM: 5.7 > 6.5 > 7.0

My previous EGM goal was 6.5 inches. Now that I reached that in 2016, I set a new goal with 7.0 inches.


I use a BM model hercule. I count 35 days of practice since mid of july.

I never stay over 5 to 6 mn in the BM even at max pressure

I just use BM to cement girth or lenght PE exercices. For lenght I do jelks make sure blood moves towards the gland…for girth I do Ok sign on base and Ok sign towards the gland.

It works well, results are there quicker oing only PE (over 1” lenght over many years of pratice)

I do a session of 5 to 6 cycles of 5 mn in it.
