What level of flaccid is best for hanging
Since I get differing levels of semi-erection while I am attaching the hanger I have noticed a difference in how well the hanger grips the inner penis, how well I feel a workout in the tissues and how easy/difficult it is to overwork the penis. My experience has been that it is best for me to have the kind of low level plumpiness one gets from jelking, or doing o-bends. Worst is the totally flaccid, wanting-to-turtle dick—it slides around under the skin and won’t let the bib hanger get a good grip, then acts overworked. Whatever level I end up hanging, it is also best to jelk afterward to restore the plumpiness and circulation.
