What did I, or am I doing wrong?
I have hung for a little over a year now, and I have thought to have gained about an inch it seemed. And just recently, the last month at least, I have been hanging religiously every day, and wearing PEweights in succesion to my sets to stay extended while healing. The time before, when I thought I hit a brick wall or plataeu, I thought maybe it was because I wasn’t doing it enough because I wasn’t doing it as religiously as I am now, or was recently. After a session of sets lately(maybe 3-4 sets, sometimes only 2 if I had to leave early), I didn’t measure, but I did pull out my flacid length and it DID look like it was gaining. So I decided to measure my EL after about 3 1/2 weeks of this routine. I did 3 sets and measured after I wore the PEweights for about 5 hours, and my BPFSL was still at 8, but my BPEL didn’t even measure 7.75 which is where it was the last measurment that I took. I seemed to have lost about 1/4 of an inch in that. So then I figured, maybe it’s time to take a decon break, and I began not hanging yesterday. I did not do any PE yesterday. Now today when I’ve tried to see what I look like at my FSL, it definitely looks smaller. I don’t even want to take a measurment for fear of serious disappointment. I thought that if I am not gaining with what I’ve been doing for the last,WHO KNOWS how many months, then at least I should have cemented what I “have” gained already. Now I want to start hanging sets again just so that my flacid length looks good. What are some good suggestions from any of the hangers that have gained significantly here? I am at my wits end.
BTW, all the last months hanging has been done with the RS/DT fulcrum.
And Monty, if you read this, I wrote and posted this before I saw your last response in the PWweights video thread. And I’m still at my last wits end. I am still going to continue to hang, unless advised otherwise by an experienced hanger.
