The best hanging angle for length? Anatomy regards

The best hanging angle for length? Anatomy regards

I am currently hanging 2 hours (split in 2 sessions) per day with 3 pounds.
I am hanging BetweenTheCheeks/StraightDown (something between, just sitting on the edge of a chair and leaning back a bit) and my question is:

Is there a BEST angle for hanging?
To maximize gains? Why do I have to “hit the ligaments” ??? This is not logical for me.
The limiting factor is the inner penile tissue, this tissue is connected somewhere and the best hanging angle in my opinion would be an angle directly to the other direction…………

If you look at the colored picture on this page

http://www.luckymojo.com/faqs/altsex/penis.html

my thought is that hanging straight out would be the best choice because the inner penile structures are parallel to the ground and so would be hanging straight out…..

Why should BTC have any advantages to this SO angle?

Wouldnt there be a not-wanted deformation of the penis after a certain time because you hang in an angle not according to the anatomy of the inner penis?

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

RisingUpTo7,
This is my second reply to this thread (my browser crashed while trying to post the other one!), but I’ll try again anyway!
I new to hanging so if I get something wrong, I’m sure a vet will jump in and correct me!
OK First of all, your picture is poorly annotated. By this I mean that it does not name a very important structure in PE, The suspensory ligaments.
In your picture is shown as a cream coloured area between the pubic bone and the penis.
The fastest why to get gains is to stretch these ligaments so that they allow more of the inner penis to hang outside the body. This happens because as they loosen, the penis drops (notice how it is now exiting the body slightly “uphill” in your picture?) and so more penis is revealed outside the body.
Bib’s LOT Theory tells us that as your LOT drops, this is a measure of how much looser you have made the ligaments. A very low LOT indicates that you stretched the ligs to a point that precludes much more gain from this angle of hanging (BTC or SD).
Once you have stretched the ligs as far as possible, then , yes, it makes more sense to pull in a direction opposite to the direction of the penis in order to stretch the Tunica.
So OTS or Fulcrum hanging are now of benefit.
Obviously, there is no reason why you couldn’t hang OTS from the outset, however, what you are missing out on is the “easy” gains associated with lig stretching.
Do to the fact the penis is made up of soft tissue, I think that the only way to get “not-wanted deformation” is an injury.
So basically you need to;
1. Work out your LOT.
How can you effectively target an area if you don’t know which area to target?
2. For higher LOT’s, hang BTC or SD to maximise lig potential
3. For Lower LOT’s, hang OTS to maximise tunica stretch.
4. Be aware that as you gain, your LOT may change and you may need to change angles in order to ensure future gains.
5. Don’t change angles unless you throughly exhaust a particular angle. Just because you have stopped gaining at a particular weight/time combination doesn’t mean you will not continue gaining if you increase the weight and/or time of hanging. Obviously, use common sense when increasing weight and/or time.
6. Hang at fatigue. Im not sure who said it, but if your not hanging at fatigue, then your just playing with yourself.

Thats about all I can think of right now. Hope this helps.

There still seems to be confusion about where the ligaments attach and how they differ from the tunica. I’ve taken the liberty of altering the drawing in Risingup’s link to show the two penile ligaments and the tunica and how they relate to hanging.

The suspensory ligament and the fundiform ligament respond to downward hanging (BTC - between the cheeks and SD - straight down). The reason is that their attachment points are above the penis.

The tunica responds to upward hanging (SO - straight out and OTS - over the shoulder) because it is attached, on both sides, to the pelvic bone under the pubic bone.

See the attached illustration.

Westla that’s great. Really points to how little internal penis there probably is to be pulled out and exposed. I just shake my head every time I see someone post there’s more internal penis than external. If so, where the fuck does is it?

Twatteaser: the man, the myth, and the legend in his own mind.

Andrew, thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I think hanging down provides a good opportunity to gain lenght via ligs stretching but I also think that hanging downwards can also give some tunica stretch.

And I think it’s pretty hard to figure out from where on you should alternate your hanging direction…..

If you are not really sore at lets say 2 months of intense BTC you should stick to it to reach fatigue and if you reached fatigue you should stick to it because the fatigue shows incoming results……

So what should be a good reason to change the angle?

westla, excellent work

Great job westla.

Westla,

Excellent job!

Maybe you make make this thread a “sticky” or at least that diagram. It really helps to explain everything nice and clear.

Thanks guys. I do what I can to educate the masses. I’ll work on a better version and put it at the top of the forum.

Rising,

Umm….yeah. I recommend further reading…

Not always.

Have you read the LOT theory thread?
Did you actually read andrews reply to your post above? He gave you the answer step by step….
I recommend more reading….

SS4

another interesting point would be where the muscles are that allow us to do a kegel.
This would verify the correctness of the LOT theory.

SS4, you are right I am sometimes not very attentive…..
I read the LOT thread….and Andrews reply answered my question already, yes…. :)

Read the second paragraph in this article.

Locating the BC Muscle

Then look at the second illustration.

Perineal Muscles

During a Kegel, in men, the bulbocavernosus (and probably the ischiocavernosus) muscles contract and tug the penis into the pelvis.
