Swinging Motion and Angles
I’m new to hanging. I’ve been using the Captain’s Wench (without cableclamps [can’t find them]).
I want to know the following:
1) Hanging when standing: Pro’s and Con’s of swinging the weight in a circular motion between my legs.
2) Hanging when standing versus hanging when laying in prone position (upper body laying on arm of large chair): I find that when I hang standing it tugs more at the skin, and when I hang when laying on my stomach, it feels more in my entire penis. I’d like to know what the experts do.
My routine has been to hang for 10-20 minutes while standing and circling the weight, and then to hang when in prone position for 10-20 minutes. The next day, and even when I lay down the same night, I can feel it in my pelvis region. I prefer to golden mean, which seems to work out in life and so do a little of both.
I’ve heard of pulley’s, but I’d like to do thing manually for now. Are they other positions, or dynamic movement to be recommended?
