Settings Seem To Be Working
With regards to my new hanger settings a question for you.
I attach the hanger and tighten fairly tight, I then attach my new horizontal weight stack and tighten a little more. Now before I get in a BTC position I can feel the hanger and maybe even the skin slip down.
It feels a little bit uncomfortable for say 30 sec’s and then the discomfort (behind the head) goes and I have no problems and can ease myself into a BTC position.
I reckon that the hanger is sliding down and that the skin is bunching alittle behind the head.
Would it be better to adj the hanger settings a little more inward or just let it be as is?
