Since I’m new to hanging I’ve just sort of been taking it a bit easy to begin with:
—40 minutes per day ( usually 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night, though I have done them 10 minutes apart also) with 8.8 lbs.
—Extended heating, at least 15 - 25 minutes,
—I intend to move up soon to 60 minutes hanging per day and will stay with 8.8 lbs for quite some time.
“Cool” at your game plan. I’ll be curious to hear your thoughts, progress and game plan, after you move up to 60 minutes.
