Hi everybody,
I want to develop my own contraption to do hanging, but I don’t have any idea what I should use to grip my penis. Any ideas? It has to have enough bite to hold but not so much that it compacts my flesh as time passes, and it has to be easy to find. Thanks in advance for any advice.

My adivice is don’t waste time trying to reinvent the wheel. Build a Captain’s Wench or buy a Bib hanger.

MX is right. Play around with the wench for about 30 days and then go from there. If you can figure this out though, you’ll be doing us all a favor.
I still insist that pouring a custom device from steel to start with is the best way to go. Too bad it’s way too damn impractical to work.
