Monty, or anyone who has it or knows where it can be found, I accidentally deleted the application video you(Monty) emailed me. I want to make sure I am putting these things on right-i.e:wrapping for it. If I am to have good results with my new routine for this past month, I want to know I am doing the PEweights right. My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Ah yes, I have seen this page before from a search that I did do. But when I click on the video link at the bottom, it doesn’t materialize. That is why I was asking Monty if he had it, because he has emailed or PM’d it to me before. Thanks for your help though. I think I am doing it right, I just felt as if I might be wrapping too big of a part of my shaft. In the first 5 frames of the pictures, his shaft is pulled out, as is what I do. But in the next few, it seems there wasn’t as much wrapping area underneath the wrap that is there. It almost seems like two different times. I know the rings are weighing down a little bit at this point, it just still seems like two different times. The more I think about it though, and as I am writing this, I do think I am doing it right.

I am currently wearing 3 for an ADS at work, and 4 or 5 if I am at home and not at work. When I wear 3, I am doing it for about 5-7+ hours, and removing them whenever I have to pee or if it pinches, then reapplying them. And when I wear 4 or 5, I need to remove them after less time because it tends to pinch the skin and/or create a little fatigue. Some may think this is good(fatigue), but I figure I am wearing the PE weights to stay extended in the healing frame, and if you feel fatigue, you are not healing, rather you are creating more deformation in the tissues. My question is, is wearing 3 going to keep me extended enough to heal at the proper/desired length or affect. Or should I wear more, or get to the point where I can wear more?

All this being said and questioned, what do you guys think about the static stretcher(https://www.sta … icstretcher.com )? I’ve been told you can use this as an ANS, and even pee with it on. That would be pretty key if it were so, because I always wake up in the morning alot smaller than the night before. Has anyone here had much experience with this static stretcher? And if so, how have you found it has helped you? I’ve been to their site and asked all these questions in person there, but they haven’t responded in a way that made me want to get one, only made me curious.

Now BPEL:8 5/8 x 6 5/8 PE Weights

No, I got it Monty. However, I took a measurment yesterday and showed absolutely nothing. In fact, my side BPEL was less than the last time I measured. Go figure? I don’t know what to do. Should I take a decon break, or go way up in weight-right now I max at 21.25, and can barely get through 2 sets before I have to reduce, sometimes 3 sets.

I’m a little dubious of side measurements. There’s just to much room for differentiation. When trying to discern small changes in a biological order, temperature or state of health can create deviations that will affect results. I like to use a pump tube that has measurements marked on it to get an accurate consistent measurement. I only use it once a month because things change so slowly.

As far as going way up in weight, I would advise against that. If you did go up to break a possible plateau it would only need to last a minute or two then drop back down to your previous weight. Once broken up the tissues will stay broken given additional sessions of hanging and your ADS. This technique needs to be used with prudence as it can lead to reduction of length due to regression response from trauma.

Decon breaks can be effective if given enough time for the body to relax and reabsorb excess tissue no longer needed. This can take 2 to 3 months or longer, so decons should only be used for those who have a history of bad habits, such as weekend breaks from a routine that has allowed strengthening of ligaments and other tissues. Or perhaps individuals that have used excessive weights and traumatized their units so much so that the only way to get back to a normal response condition is to stop period any activity. Again it takes a long time for the body to normalize after it has responded to abuse.

Hey man, I tried to post the attachment of my stats that I’ve been keeping on my routine this month. But I had to edit the attachment after I posted it, so I deleted the post/reply. But now it won’t let me attach the revised attachment because it says that it’s already posted here. Go figure? I PMd a moderator about it, so hopefully it will be resolved, and you can view what I have been doing with this routine and you can give me suggestions regarding it.
