People who have gained 1.5"...

Anyone who’s gained 1.5” through hanging, post and tell how fast the gaines came.

I gained 1.5” in 6 months at 100 min/day/6days/week. Most of the time at 22# AT THE HAGER.

Should clarify my post. I gained 1.625” in first 4 months with regimen noted. Then I took 2 months off completely and re-measured. I lost back to 1.5”. Would guess some maintenance stretching/hanging will always be required.

Hi Bud_do.

Did you gain 1.5” flaccid, or EL?

Also, do you do consecutive multi sets, with short term rest, or do separate workouts (for instance set’s in the morning, and sets in the evening).
