I started p.e. about a year and a half ago, via paid web sites one for about $35. and the other $65. only to find that they contained the same routines. So I thought hey maybe it’s legit, so I would warm up, manual stretch, jelq, squeeze for about 2 1/2 mnths, religously 5 days a wk. My results- absolutely nothing. So I stopped for 5 months, tried again for 2 months= nothing. Gave up, found this website began again-nothing.

I always said I would never hang any weights from my member, but when I heard the success of some here, I changed my mind. I started with 3 lbs. and have worked my way up to 7lbs-nothing.
I hang exclusively 3 times a day 20-25 min. drop weight down to 5 lbs. hang for additional 10 min. when I finish I carefully wrap member in ace bandage to keep in extended state when healing begins. I unwrap approx. every 1 1/2 hours for circulation. I have been stuck at 3 3/4 in. flaccid, 6 1/4 bpel, 5 in. grth since the beginning. I would be happy to even see 1/8 in. gain so I would know it’s working even if it is slowly. My motivation is draining quickly. I dedicate about 1 hr 45 min to this 5 days a week. Also I am so sick of my x sneaking in little comments, that tells me she has had larger before, shocking her is definitely half of my motivation, anyone who can help- please help.
I don’t want to stop but I am beginning to feel like this is bad time management, oh yeah and I’ve been hanging for approx. 2 months, I only take in 50 mg of vita-c a day.

Could you provide more details regarding the routines you have tried? It might be a matter of increasing or decreasing volume and/or intensity of work. I have hit plateaus before, maybe I can help. By the way, your “x” sounds like a cunt. I dealt once with a girl like her. You’re better off fucking this type of woman and leaving as quickly as possible.


When I started PE I got exactly the same results for the first several months…. zero. I tried the jelquing & manual stretches for several months, quit after getting nothing, then decided to give it one more try with hanging.

I got zero erect gains for the first several months… but somewhere around month five the gains came thru…. gangbusters!

One thing you might need to try is adding a couple of sets at a second time of day. At one time I decided to drop my morning workout (was just being lazy), and ended up regretting it a few months later.

Also, I think I remember Bigger theorizing that everyone has the “magic hang weight” where they start gaining. For some people it’s very light… for others (like me, and possibly you) it’s heavier. I started getting erect length gains somewhere around 12 lbs. I’m not saying you should jump up to heavier weights immediately…. but maybe focus on adding small amounts of weight every week, so that in a few months you might be up to the teens.

Also…. have you been measuring your “stretch length” along the way?

When I was peing the first time I don’t remember the exact minutes of each exercise. But now I hang exclusively for length. 3 days on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. With homemade bib hanger I first warmup for 5min hot cloth, hang 7 lbs. for 20 min. btc. Drop weight down to 5 lbs. for 10 min.btc wrap in ace bndg. I do that 3 times a day, and try to keep in extended state as long as possible while awake. Just when I begin to think I have at least got a flaccid gain, my measurement drops back down to 3 3/4 in. I would do almost anything to get my flaccid size to stay at 4 in. or above, once and for all.

Don’t give up on the PE, I’m in my 3rd month and have only seen small gains. But I know, where there’s a little -there’s probably more. Don’t bail out!

I would say the amount of time you are spending is enough. But I personally did not start measureing gains until I was hanging 7.5 lbs. Most of my gains came between 17.5 and 20 lbs. Some guys have not gained until they were over 15.

Johnny is right about moving up slowly and being careful. You did not say what you are feeling when you hang. Is the hour, 45 at seven lbs max giving you fatigue? How sore are you after the workout?

Anyway, everyone has their own goals and risk/reward relationship. You have done the right thing by presenting the problem and asking questions.

Don’t give up yet. I started with jelquing only in april, added manual streches in may. 5 days on 2 off. At the end of june, I had increases my stretched length by 1/2”, but erect - nothing. In July, I started hanging, with a homemade bib hanger. I discovered quickly that light weights weren’t gonna do much for me. So, I experimented to find the weight that would give me a little soreness (not pain!) in my ligs. For me, that was 15lbs. For the next three weeks I hung 15 for 20mins, 13 for 20 mins, 11 for 20mins(total of 1 hour hang time, 5 days on, 2 off). I gained 1/4” erect in 3 weeks!
Since last week I’m at 19 lbs for the first set, and trying to add a 4th 20 min session when I can. I won’t measure again till sep 1, but my wife has made comments.

I’m no expert, but I think you should consolidate your hanging time into 3 sesions, one right after the other (with breaks in between). Also, experiment to find the weight that feels like your getting a good pull (I describe it as just beyond the threshold of soreness, but never, ever pain).

In any case, I don’t think any one method works for everybody, and clearly, we all gain at different rates. Keep looking for what works for you. If you give up, you’re guaranteed to fail…
