OTL and Other Questions
When hanging over the leg is it advisable, to have the trout turned on its side against the leg or should it be twisted so that the underside rests on the leg? Or can you do both and, if so, are different ligs targeted?
Secondly, I have been hanging for 7 weeks now, exclusively BTC, starting at 5lbs. I’m now up to 10lbs, occasionally do 12.5 lbs and also will drop to 7.5lbs. I feel a good pull and usually some soreness the next day, though it is hard to seperate how much of the soreness is attributable to lig stretch versus skin stretch. I have been hanging 5 days a week for 2 sets X 20-25 minutes, with the occasional 3rd set for 15 minutes. Time and privacy issues limit my PE to this amount.
I haven’t measured since I started hanging ( I try to avoid measuring much. At last measure, I was 6.75 BP X 4.875 midsaft girth. Visually, it looks bigger, but only a little. The weights are hanging closer to the floor now. So maybe my stretched length is growing. Could also just be heavier weight too.
My second Q is, given the time and number of set constraints I have, should I stick with the BTC routine and for how much longer before venturing to try OTL or some other approach?
I know to each his own and we all respond to different PE differently, but some guidance from those who have gone before would be very much appreciated.
