There is always the issue of cementing a goal however if you take a 10 day break there isn’t going to be any long term length loss.

Some variables to consider are how long have you been at it, gains to date and reason for the break.

For example I’ve hanging a year and want to take a week or 10 days off to go on vacation. I’ll return the same size ( or bigger) than before the vacation.

If your wondering if the gains from PE go away after your done with your program. No they are here to stay, however a little maintance wouldn’t be a bad thing..
