Hey guys,

Ive been doing jelqs and stretches for a few months now and am going to start hanging. My question is when resting between sets do you remove the hanger and wrap as well…or just the weight? Thanks for any answers that are given to me

I usually just removed the hanger and weight. About every two hours, or when I needed to piss, I would unwrap and jelq fairly well. Between sets, I would jelq a little with the wrap on. Starting behind the balls and working blood up past the wrap to the head. This would usually completely inflate the head.

This jelqing was very light, usually with just two fingers and thumb, and not much erection at all.
