BIB hanger is terrible and vastly over shilled/ over rated. Worse 100 bucks I spent

When buying a bib you are also paying for his tips in his forum. He even helps people who haven’t bought his hanger. Why don’t you try to solve your hanger issues with him if you don’t get the hang of it? What is your problem with the bib hanger? Are you cut?

When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I believe it

I like the vachanger3. It is a great tool. I highly recommend it. The best way to use it is with water rather then any of the taping/wrapping techniques.

I haven’t use the lghanger yet but will be very soon. I just have to take my measurement and send them to lg for my order

I have been using the vachanger 3 with the cone and the short sleeve. I find it very comfortable to hang with this. I usually hang 7 lbs for 30 min. Do some jelqs and then hand approx 20-30 more min depending on fatigue. Think the trick is to ensure the cap is the proposer fit and push as much of the cone in as possible to prevent air space so it pulls evenly on the head. I have tried the longer sleeve and it does seem to take some of the stress off the head. It’s a great product and the sleeves can also be used for clamping as well. I also just ordered the xleeve gold kit which I plan on using after hanging to prevent turtling.

Yep. Watch this guys videos how he uses cone alone and pushes it in:
http://www.your … nhancement.com/

Doing that makes it way more comfortable.

That guy’s vids (I know he’s a member here:ykm123321) are a God sent. His instructional are better than what some of the manufacturers do. If not for him I would have a hard time with some products.

Also, not being cut I find if I use my skin to protect the glands I can hang heavy weights (10+ lbs) with no issues at all.

This account is another iteration of the previously banned deadwood187 (see his previous end). He delights in trolling this board for some reason.

In terms of hanging, I think heavy weights is 25 pounds plus. When compared to the tension of an extender, yes 10 pounds might be heavy.

Now some of the hardcore hangers might disagree with me and say that 25 pounds is nothing.

Despite popular belief, I don’t believe anybody needs to hang 25 pounds with a vac-hanger to get gains. Using crazy heavy weights is a fairly redundant approach in PE for the most part. Countless members stated they overtrained when getting into the 25+ lbs range. It is often more harm than good. Especially for vac-hanging. 10 - 15 lbs is gain-heaven imo.

I myself have yet to get above 17.5 pounds after 2 years of hanging. However, when gains stop I will increase the weight. I have no intention of jumping to 25 pounds immediately, but I definitely do not gain at 10 lbs anymore. This is even with time off taken. I can definitely see myself at 25 pounds or above someday if I haven’t hit my goal first.

My personal experience has shown me that weight is only effective for a certain stage of my growth. This actually contradicts what Bib said. He claims to have gotten most of his gains in the 18 to 20 pound range and he would slide up and down weight as necessary. I haven’t put in the amount of hours that he has and I have not gotten to anywhere near the amount of weight he said he was hanging. So my experience might change. But weight under 10 pounds is an absolute joke to me now.

I read about people that put in the hours and can’t understand why they aren’t gaining. Yet they are under 10 pounds of weight. If you can’t increase time then something else needs to increase. Just an extreme example but if you hang 40 hours a week at 1 pound and you aren’t seeing gains, do you really think you will gain at 1 pound hanging 80 hours a week? Eventually another variable needs to be increased.

I personally don’t understand how people set arbitrary numbers when it comes to weight. I think Monty made some claim about 20 pounds being reckless. I could be misstating what he said. I read another guy claim that every guy who hung above 20 pounds ended up injuring themselves. I just don’t understand how 19.5 pounds can be okay but once you hit 20.1 pounds your penis is suddenly going to explode.

My attitude is the weight is just a tool. If my body doesn’t respond, I either increase weight or time. At a certain point I will max out one or both of those variables. Just hopefully not before I achieve my goals. PE isn’t weight lifting but there are some similar things in my opinion. Progressive overload being the main thing, also consistency and listening to what your body is telling you.

My initial comment was in regards to what is considered heavy weights. 10 pounds means nothing to me now. I can’t imagine most hangers that have done this for over a year or two thinking 10 pounds is heavy.

Time and weight coincide with each other. At least that’s been my experience. I’m always amazed and very skeptical when guys say they’ve hit fatigue at 5 pounds.

Bib claims he went as high as 45 lbs. I’ve gone as high as 30 and never an injury. Numerous people have gone very high with the hardcore hanging as well. I get what Monty is saying and agree that too many people think hanging is the same as weightlifting. If I ever get back in the game, I’ll be using a bungee cord and angles.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I agree with your way of thinking that time and weight coincide. I have always envisioned a curve on a X,Y axis with X being time and Y being weight. My goal is just trying to find the optimal point on the curve for what my penis needs at this time. I just believe it is dynamic and things need to increase over your hanging career. Perhaps you can still gain 1/16th of an inch every year by just hanging 10 pounds for 2 hours a day. But honestly is that an effective use of your time.

I apologize to the original poster for derailing the main topic of this thread.

It is also massively important about what type of hanger one is using. There is a greater propensity for people to be able to hang a lot heavier with compression style hangers than vac-hangers. Also, people generally tend to not feel fatigue as much with the same weight if using a compression style hanger than a vac-hanger. My belief is because of the constant breaks during their cycle, i.e. 1 hour straight with vac or 3 x 20 minutes with the compression hanger with 5-10 minutes between each set.

Haha, I actually was one of those that was able to get fatigue at 5 lbs, except I was inducing it to ride out my time at each particular lower weight stage by swinging, longer sets, back-to-back sets, different angles etc. Ohhh I love hanging ;)

I don’t see how it’s possible to gain without moving up. Eventually the tissues toughen up and it takes more and more to break through limiting factors.

I completely agree with you. I just like presenting examples in the extreme ends of the spectrum. Just to try to get people to think. You will read advice in PE, telling people to keep doing the same thing until they stop gaining. The reality is you might have minimal gains for 3 years where you could have had decent gains if you adapted your routine. Perhaps they never stop gaining but by year 6 they only gained 1/32nd of an inch. Is that really worth hanging the same weight for 400 hours to get 1/32nd of an inch.

I have personally gotten to the point that I don’t think there is some magic routine for everyone. There isn’t some magic device for everyone. Instead people need to listen to their bodies and be willing to apply more tension or time depending on their results and what their body is telling them.

It also isn’t a competition about who can do the most extreme routine or hang the most weight. I would never advocate that.

I post a great explanation and pics in this thread at MOS of how I use the VH3. I also share a couple pics and explain them. I hope the link doesn’t have to be removed. I don’t feel it will take traffic from Thunder’s. If anything you can see how a member over there converses with me and will understand why I barely ever visit MOS anymore. Unfortunately they let anyone in and that keeps away members who make good posts.

This thread can help many men who are interested in vachanging. Sharing that thread just saves me time. Post #12 is where my explanation begins.

Great feedback much appreciated. One of my concerns has been how do you prevent excessive skin being pulled into the vac head cylinder? I’m one of the few cut guys and found it challenging using the Phallosan Forte without skin being sucked in. Any tips or preventative measures you suggest? I’m definitely curious on how Dr Ric plans on progressing his equipment moving forward; very exciting.
