I mean, most people measure NBPEL, BPEL, or the flacid lenght.
But a lot of the growth of the penis that can be achieved, especially in a smaller amount of time, is a result of better blood circulation.
For example, when I do no sports for some months (which was the case), and now I get back to training for some weeks, I definitely had a harder and bigger boner.
The same with is with jelqing.

So, isn`t it more logical to measure only the flacid dead stretch, because only this shows how much your boner really has grown.
I mean, a better circulation is also causes a greater length (especially erect length measures), but as soon as you don`t train it anymore, it dissapears.
OK, results from hanging or stretching also go back after a while; but not as fast as the ones from a better blood circulation (in my opinion).

I think you need more consistency in your routine. Cement your gains.

Since you can’t do squat with a flaccid cock, especially a dead one, :) I am pretty sure most guys, and gals, are way more interested in the working erect dimensions.

It is not true that all people have fluctuations in their size based on how much exercise they do or daily variations based on erection quality. If your erection often does not reach it’s full potential, you may have some mild ED. Like Gprent said, the girls are not going to care about anything except the dick you are fucking them with.

Yes measurements of the erect dick vary with erection strength. But you will still want to measure both, to make sure your results are translating into a bigger erect length. And if measuring your EL gives you some information about penile or vascular health, all the better, use that information.
