After a long time of lurking and reading about this stuff, I decided to give the bib starter a try. This is my routine.tell me if I’m doing it right:
1. Wrap using that foam ace bandage stuff
2. Attach hanger
3. Add 10 lb weight and chain
4. Get into the BTC position and watch southpark on my laptop
OR
Stand up with legs spread and play world of warcraft (I just bought it!)
I do the 20 min hang 10 min rest thing I read about on here
I’m hoping I can get growth like that one member I saw who gained like an inch in a month.
Anyway, I’m 6.75” EL and 5”EG (if I got the acronyms right)
I usually do this nightly routine for a few hours if I can, depending on if I am going out that night or not
