You’ll get some residual girth gains from hanging. That is just a natural side benefit. It may not be a great deal but then you might end up like I did after 3 years where girth work wasn’t necessary.

I think any “girth loss” experienced it due to lowered EQ. Jelq for a few weeks and I’d be willing to bet it returns.

Read up on hanging before you start, bibs site has a wealth on info, hanging isn’t a couple times a week practice.
