Okay my erection problem hasn’t gone away. And it’s not a mental or emotional problem at all, because I can barley get hard when I am alone and masturbating. My erections have felt extremely weak lately.

I usually hang 10 lbs. seated with a heating pad for 40-60 minutes in 20-minute sessions. Advice?

It doesn’t sound like you’re overdoing it. Have you tried a break or switching back to plain old jelqing for a while?

Is the hanger comfortable? It took me a lot of effort to feel comfortable hanging. Pressure on nerves can wreak havoc on erection strength.

Also, have you started any new medications, or changed any medication? SSRI’s like Prozac can often weaken your erections, at least until you get used to them.

Haven’t started any new medications, no. I haven’t jelqed in a long time, I am not a fan at all. The hanger is very comfortable. I don’t get any lig pain at all, etc. Pressure on nerves I think maybe what it is? Maybe I should start hanging 2 days on then 1 day off? Or something along those lines? My circulation in that area is just gone almost. My flaccid size is thinner than before, etc.

I think you should take a few days off and check the plumbing again. I hang everyday and I have had no erection problems but in between sets I also get a partial to full woody before my next set and then relax it and hang again. It has been working pretty good for me.

Hey guys, I was thinking on the way home from my girlfriend’s what I might be doing. When I hang with 10 lbs. or so I almost always I would say 99% of the time I have blood in the head. In other words my glans are engorged with the Bib Hanger on. Obviously my shaft is 100% flaccid but for whatever reason blood is always trapped in my glans. Could this be causing some numbing?

Not that I’m aware of. Do you feel numb while you’re still in the hanger?

I agree that a break is in order, and perhaps a trip the urologist if things don’t “straighten out” quickly (hee hee!).

You might want to do a search on “venous leaks” or “veno-occlusive disorder.” This is a condition in which the veins don’t get pinched off properly during erection, and causes weaker erections. Hanging could conceivably contribute to this. That’s not a diagnosis, just a suggested place to look.

I am going to start cutting back my hanging some. Two 20-minute sessions per day instead of 3. See if that does the trick. And one thing I always forget to do through the day: KEGEL!

WBH, I don’t get it really I have blood in my head when I hang, I’ve been hanging for almost 3 months and do 7.5 pounds. Anyway, shit, that worries me you’re problem and all. I wonder if it could be pressure directly behind the head.

There were a few guys in here that stated you should stop all together, I concur with this advice, cutting back yeah maybe, but stopping all together.

You may also be a candidate for Wadzillas T.I.T.T. process, have a look at that thread its pretty recent.

He predicts if you’ve been conditioning your penis for a long time, it could get to a point where its not growing anymore and a ‘deconditioning’ break is necessary to establish more gains. Like it grows when you aren’t doing anything b/c its healing…anyway you may have already read the thread.

Good stuff. I mean fuck dude, if your plumbing is not working and all you do is PE I would chill for awhile at least a week.

It sounds to me like its some slight nerve damage. I speak from experience. When you try to get an erection, does your unit feel a bit number than normal for you? My advice is to lay off of hanging and any other PE until recovery. If it is slight nerve damage, this may take some time, a few weeks or more. Nerves heal slowly, but they do heal. Then try making adjustments to avoid this problem again. Others have suggested to me cutting down the sets to 10 to 15 minutes. Do you use a Bib hanger? Another recommendation I’ve been given is to adjust the settings of the Bib to put as little pressure as possible on the top side of the penis, where the central nerve bundle is. Too much weight can tribute to this, depending on how long one has been hanging. If you penis is a sensitive as usual, it may not be nerve damage. But what you are experiencing sounds like what I’ve experienced before. Best of luck.

Sounds like you are wrapping wrong. Relax man, I’ve spent the last month trying to correct this problem. What materials do you use for the wrapping?

My suggestion: Take a break from hanging, DO EXPANSION exercises like JELQING AND SQUEEZING to flush some new blood inside the tissue. Then get back into hanging slowly with a better wrapping method.
