Hanging and Girth

I clamp for girth and do a few other exercises, but it seems most threads I have read of guys who have been hanging for awhile have gained girth from hanging, usually about 1/2 inch. Have any of you gained girth by hanging? How long did it take?

I gained a lot of base girth by hanging. I gained no girth anywhere else.

I hanged regularly for 7-8 months but I have no idea how much I gained and how long it took. I do know that by the time I started to pay attention to base girth, well into my hanging phase, I was an inch or so more in girth at the base than mid shaft. I know my base girth was nowhere near that when I started to hang.

My base girth gain from hanging is hands down my biggest PE success and it’s results were 100% unintentional and the lowest on my priority list. Go figure.

Did you gain length in the 7-8 month period? If so, how much?

I think hangers can gain basegirth from extracting innerpenis which just happens to be thicker in girth. Also the area which gets clamped by the hanger can increase in girth. At least it seemed that way for me but I don’t think the temporary gain stayed.

Yes but only 1/4” NBPEL.

Where do you position hanger

I am new to PE. I have the traction device proextender which I have been using for about a week. Do you guys think hanging is better for girth? Also when hanging, where is the tension so pose to be? The tip of the penis or the middle, or the whole thing?

I gained a lot of base girth from hanging, approximately 1” in a year. I didn’t do other pe exercises at that time than hanging.

connected, I think it would be too early for you to think about hanging. It’s usually best to ease your way into PE with manual exercises and move on to devices when you stop gaining from manual.

Thanks for the help. I have been doing manual exercises but also use the traction device.seen as how I paid a lot for it and want to use it! I just want to learn about weights and girth increase for the future.

I definitely gained substantial base girth while hanging. There has been much discussion on this topic in the past, and this seems to be a common side effect in the quest for length.

Darn, so it looks like when I start hanging my base/upper shaft girths might be even further apart than they are now!

I got an inch difference more or less between the two.

I’m at a .25-.5 difference depending on how high up on the shaft now, but my glans is 2.25 less than my base girth!
