Wow man this hanging thing might be better then what I’ve always thought it would be. Maybe you are like me, you can only gain from a certain type of exercise, b/c everything jelqing, pumping, and stretching routine i have followed to the tee hasnt worked at all.
I can devote three sets of hanging for sure. I do work a lot but I am willing to make time for anything that will help me gain. I’ve been doing pe for years so that definitely proves I have the dedication to get something out of it.
I really appreciate your input and suggestions regarding my curiosity about hanging, it definitely helped.
Just be warned, hanging is hard work. :)
With hangng, I have always been amazingly consistent, mostly because I feel that when I spend so much time and effort doing it, the down side of quitting or taking a day off is so much bigger.
I’m now on my 11th week hanging without a single day off. There have been days with only 2 sets though, but I’ve been consistent and keep pulling my dick whenever I can and now also use an ADS/traction wrap.
If I applied the same consistency with manual stretches, I’m sure I would have reaped there as well. Still, it is a fact that I never felt I got the streches to work really well.
