Ive been pe’ing for about a month now with little gains ( probbaly about 1/4 in length and little to nothing in girth) ayways ive started to get that baseball bat effect =( . I know hanging will help out that part and thats one of the reasons i wanans tart hangin, but i checkd nearly all the hanging post but it seems like no ones really gained anything spectacular from hanging …. most people said they hadnt seen anything and very few said little gains. anyways it would make since that hanging with the bib would work , has anyone seen a boost in GAINS since using the bib or has it helped them out in gainig? thanks alot ill be looking forward to buy one if t really works

Really man. A 1/4 inch in a month is great progress. I would love to have that type of growth every month. Yes, the Bib hanger is great;however, as with anything else…patience and hard work pays off in the long run. Good gains to you!

No, it does not. I hang 10 hours per week just for fun. I attribute my gain of just under 1 inch to to Thunders Magick Snake Oil Lotion. This whole PE exercise thing is a bunch of BS. Those of us in the know are all using Thunders lotion. It is very expensive, but well worth it. Simply gather $10,000 in small, unmarked bills and contact any of the mods for further payment instructions.

Really u guys think its good gains, might be cuz im still growing to ;) ….. ya i figured the bib works cuz i dont see why it wouldnt, i just hadnt seen anyone saying they had real good gains. Second i just thought the 1/4 was cuz i just sarted but it would slow down thats why i thouhht it was nothing spectacular. No offence intended dude, the whole snake oil thing is kind of a running in joke here.

Please read the rules of posting concerning spelling, grammar, flaming, and probably racial stuff as well (assuming the typo of my name as imajue was on purpose, and that your nick is a reference to a certain combat system.) I’m not Jewish, but that really isn’t pertinent. The only thing we all have in common, the only reason we are here, is to get bigger willies. If you read the archives and use the search function you will find that most of the big gainers attribute their new dicks to hanging.

Hangers Work?

First of all,

I am a committed hanger. That being said, My results from hanging have been minimal. I’m close to Boxcar’s age(74). I’ve seen many posted results where folks intermingling hanging or “stretching” with other forms of PE(Jelqing, sqeezes,uli’s,etc) seem to have achieved good results.

When I started hanging, I stopped jelqing on the theory that a thin rope was easier to stretch than a thick one.

Someone, I think “goindeep” recommended hanging till fatigue then hang more at reduced weights. I’
ve been doing this for a while(1 1/2 weeks) and can definitely “feel” this effect. IOW I am able to achieve that fatigued feeling within one session and am able to hang for perhaps 1hr 20 minutes , concluding at approx 1/2 the weight at which I started. I feel this is progress and anticipate keeping this routine for several months to determine effectiveness.

My real question, finally, is do others have thoughts on effectiveness of bhanging “only” as compared with a more balanced program if injcluding “other” exercises.

Your question is intriguing. I am just starting back hanging again after three bouts of nerve damage/numbness from twisting in the Bib hanger. I was off for about a month total. I had been PEing for 5 months before that. In 5 months I had gained 1.5 in. in length and 1.3 in. in girth. When I started back again, I had lost 1/4 in EL and 1/3 in EG. My flaccid went straight to hell - very pitifull. Somewhat dejectedly, I did a moderate jelqing session. I haven’t jelqued in about 3 months since I have been hanging exclusively. My jelk session stretched everything back out and now I am close to my previous measurements. I think that hanging is a very good approach to achieve bigger gains. However, mixing it up from time to time may have some advantages. I know a lot of guys who hang, pump, stretch and are making good gains. I think that you will need to experiment a little to find what works for you.

Hey guys, been off for a while, but I think I should be pretty active again. Just reading this post and I think some of you were a little too hard on the guy. I think his main objective was to have some of you guys who was hanging for a while to post your gains as a motivation factor. He wanted to start hanging and was basically looking for some sort of encouragement from you vets. But instead, you lined him up and shot him down.(poor guy).

Anyway, can some of you who seen some gains please post them and the time frame? I took some time off and will start hanging again as my jelking gains have stopped and now I need to start hanging to get the gains I want. Basically Im at 7.75 ELBP and 5.5 girth, and my goal is 9.0 ELBP and 7.0 girth. So I got a little over 1” length and 1.5” girth to go, which I will pump to get the girth. Anyway, its good to be back and looking forward to reaching my ultimate goal.
