Hot tub warmup w/jelqing 10 min. Hung 6.9 LBS SD for 15 min. & BTC for 5 min. Trying to get my feet up. I think I found a stool I can use around my desk. We’ll see tomorrow AM how it works.

Jelqed 20 - 40 reps BTB between urinations all day with two good 10-15 second squeezes similar to the Horse Squeeze at the end of one mid-day session

Evening: Hot tub warmup with stretching & jelqing. Used the DQ hanger in my stretcher and got a good straight up stretch of 20 minutes. Currently trying to clamp. Will post in AM.

Fri.

Hot tub warmup with my wife for 20 minutes. Relaxing. No Hanging. Jelqing: Did (6) sets of 50 each hand for 300 total. My new max. I had to shim the cable clamp with some wide closed cell foam rubber refrigeration gasket about 1/4” thick. I clamped until hard like rock and left it on for a good 10 minutes. It was turned fairly dark when I released. I re-heated & jelqed it back into shape. Then I re-clamped for a 2nd round of 10 minutes. Afterwards I edged 4 times. That is great! I had a few drops of cum on a few of those but still it has to be good. It should get better as I learn to shut it down quicker or harder.

No more jelqing or anything with my penis until this evening.

Didn’t do PE until after we had gone to bed. Got shrugged off from the wife and didn’t sleep all night. Jelq’d & edged numerous times thinking it would allow me to sleep. Obviously I was too horned up to sleep and I wouldn’t give in to masturbation. In the morning I got my wife horny enough or she plain old felt sorry for me and allowed herself the pleasure.

It took all of 5 minutes and she was nearly screaming for my dick. I didn’t last long at all and she was a quivering mass when we were done. One night of no sleep and NO ED. Great weekend!

Did 25 reps BTB jelqing after every urination throughout the day. I’m on 4th set. (200 jelqs)

Note: I’m not going to hang for a few weeks as I see if I gain without it. Maybe trying too much as my jelqing and edging increase. Plus I’m trying a little clamping. (I haven’t got the clamps to work right yet)

Hot bath warmup with mild jelqing & stretching. Did 300 wet Jelqs. Continued with edging for another 15 min. Will continue with BTB jelqs after urination throughout the day. Should make 200.

No hanging.

May try the clamping this evening.

No clamping last night. No warmup today. Did 300 wet jelqs with no heat afterwards. Edged for 20 minutes. Continue to jelq 25-30 reps with each hand BTB after every urination. My dick gets really itchy inside after being jelqed so much. I should have about 200 jelqs from BTB.

I think I will look for some different clamps before trying to add to this routine. Things are good and my EQ is good.
