Best heating pad for FIRe hanging?

I thought it was IR, so what products would work for our usage?

LEDs are not needed for infra red. There are many approaches or elements. In saying that we can never prove that and heat pad that uses or doesn’t use LEDs is infra red. We can try the product and see if it works for us. This one worked for me.
