Best Hanging Attachments For Small Glans?

My shaft is thicker than my glans.
It’s hard to grip only the head without grabbing the foreskin. Would stretching make the problem worse?
What type of attachment should I use?
Or should I work on increasing my head size first.

What kind of hanging are you doing? Vac, compression or noose?

In the past, I used a neoprene wrap on the shaft behind the head with a clamp and a light weight.
I lot of skin was getting stretched.
I’m going to concentrate on head size and see what happens from there.

Sounds like you are doing compression hanging? You shouldn’t be gripping the head, this can be dangerous. The hanger should be attached and inch or so before the glans not at the glans. If the attachment isn’t good then the hanger will slip down to the glans. You have to work with your technique to prevent this happening.

Vac hanging , I’ve used Phallason Forte, which cups fit. There sleeves broke. Currently using Stealth, and you measure your width, right below coronal ridge for a cup size, they make for you. This vac hanger ,besides getting blisters and having to stop back hanging for a month, has made hanging more efficient.
