1on/1off schedule - what would be the effects ?
What would I get if I just hanged 1on/1off maybe three sets of 20min in combination with a good jelq workout of 30 mins of jelqing ?
Would this toughen the ligs and get me no length gains or would it still work ?
I like the 1on/1off setup and I don’t like to PE almost every day. Got to let it rest IMHO. The mind too.
I am 20cm BPEL and 13.8cm EG so I am concentrating on girth but still would like some length gains.
