X4 memory foam alternative

Has anybody here tried LGs girth bands? Just by looking at them, they look like they could be used as a replacement for X4s expensive memory foam pads. I’m talking about using them along with the comfort strap.

His girth bands and sleeves are good. You can use the sleeves as a girth band and still have some left over to use for other things.

If you don’t mind waiting a couple of weeks total man sleeves are about the same quality and are slightly cheaper.

In my experience, silicon sleeves and bands are not good for extending or hanging (similar concept)

You should try a cotton bandage or silicone toe sleeves stretched out first.

I bought a large package of infant socks at Walmart. Just cut off the toe and slide it on. Works fairly well. I think I read about it on another thread here long ago.

I think I’m going to try one of the sleeves, and also the baby socks. Both seem like sound ideas to me.

I quit using the memory foam a week after I received my X4. I been using sleeves since. Tried MOS sleeves they work but don’t last Never tried their new Durosleeves or LG sleeves. They are too expensive for what they are. I’m using Ebay ones. Cut the 4” in half. They last longer than anything.

ResQ tape. It’s quite good.

I recommend the 1.5” width.

Cant we just use Theraband instead ? Same wrapping a bib leaving no wrinkles inside wrap .

I tried other options, ultimately I went back to X4s low density urethane. I’m sure there are better less expensive options, lazy on my part I guess.

Theraband comes for $8-10 and used by all bib hangers, worth a try.
