Hi guys,

Just received my extender in the mail today. Bought the patriot edition which includes two extenders and a ton of attachments, and all the bells and whistles. So I tried it on, played with it a bit and I can’t seem to make way with it. The silicone noose slips, the Velcro strap doesn’t tie well enough as it also slips, and the comfort strap makes my penis erect if I tie it too tight.

And the tension springs…. I tried retracting while tying down the penis but it doesn’t help. How do you use this thing? Did I just waste 500 dollars Canadian for this?

Pull it through the base pull the skin though well and seat the base. With one hand compress the extender and pull the glans through the attachement and with the other hand secure the attachment. I use the noose and run velcro through the slots to further secure it so it doesn’t slip, for the comfort straps I have heard of guys using pennies to secure the strap further. As far as arousal, you’ll work through it.

Everyone reports trouble in the beginning, you’ll figure it out.

It seems like everybody struggles with the x4, at first.
I’ve been using mine for just under a year and it’s working fine.

I wrap with a single layer of “Rescue Tape” and use the noose. The noose tends to easily pop out of the locking tabs, so I tie it down in place with an elastic band. There’s a photo in a members only post I made a while back that might help illustrate.

Just try different things to see what works for you. You can experiment with the end unattached to the extender to more easily practice.

try a little powder

. Always start with the adjustment screws completely turned down. Start the extension with rod length’s appropriate for your size ie. your k-k-pulled out + 1” rod length ex. 5-1/4”+1”= 6-1/4”. make up the length from box of parts and assemble. I tape the screw joints of the extension rods cause you don’t need them turning and also slip a thin slice of tape on the ends where they insert into the cradle to shure up that anchor fit… I found the Velcro too time consuming with having to pad up, too fiddly, and the straps BITE without the foams, not fun, so I use the cord with the pad. Fun part …..While holding the frame in compression with one hand, you want to put your glans on the cradle and load it in the strap of choice, with the other hand. I leave the silicone cord in the cradle most of the time, as I said I don’t use the comfort belts or the velcro’s. Using the noose and sponge make sure to pull the silicone cord well into the grooves under the cradle to secure the package. This idea for rod length will make it necessary for you to leave as much loop in the exposed noose above the frame as you can and still be able to grasp the ends to pull through the cradle. This allows a little more compression of the springs as you pull on the cord resulting in more initial tension once you are in. You will see why this important as you gain usage time. So, load your package through base, catch the glans by pulling outward and putting noose on in a one handed move and once in the loop pinch you glans just enough to keep moving with the noose & you pull the ends of the noose evenly through the cradle piece with other hand. Pull noose ends into locking grooves under the cradle and let go. If every thing went well good you stretching, but if not…When I first bought this I had problems slipping out of the noose as I tightened. I read that baby powder, foot powder, or flour, any powder on glans and foam, would help to retain the skin of the glans with more friction against the foam and would keep it from slipping. and it did. I take a rubber band and put it around over top of the cradle and the grooves to keep the cords from working out when moving around. You’re done and getting longa ow’reddy. You should be tied in fairly well, do minor adjustments to the fit, and turn adjustors how ever you wish. I have given you 1 way not the only way to do this tool, but my frame is nearing replacement time cuz basically threads are wearing the f out & the plastic is getting loose and rattly where the pivots are held so it has served me well for years….. . It isn’t hard, when you have done it 5000 times it will be automatic and you will be much longer and wider, too. Happy sailing

here is my secret that I came to after finding myself in the same situation you’re in:

- Base wrap: order this, cut end off, then cut about ~20inch piece to use as base wrap. https://www.ama … /dp/B00BFDEED0/

- Grip wrap: order this and cut a piece that’s ~3.5x7.5inches. https://www.ama … /dp/B003JNQS88/

- Duct wrap: buy duct tape

- Folded paper towel piece about 2x3inch

- Hair tie

Instructions:
- Jelq for 5 minutes w/lotion/warm water to stretch things out.
- Pull with one hand and then wrap the top of your shaft just below the head with the base wrap, try to get it as tight as possible.
- Continue holding in stretched position and now wrap with theraband grip wrap tightly over the base wrap.
- Now using the silicone tubes provided by x4, create loop and pull unit through, pressing with one hand to keep the extender fully compressed, while pulling unit through the loop with other hand.
- Immediately pull the tubes into the grip underneath to secure them, while pulling each one to tighten as much as possible.
- Now pull hair tie over entire head and then loop it back once more so it tightly secures the entire head of unit.
- Once fully secured, place the folded paper towel across the top and now use duct table and wrap one full loop around entire upper shaft to both add extra grip for the entire exercise. The folder paper towel protects the silicone tubing foam wrap so that it lasts longer and isn’t pulled off from the duct tape.
- Assuming your x4 is fully stock w/o any adjustments, you can experiment with turning the base knobs to add extra length. Over time you will use only this mechanism to extend further and further until it’s time to add another rod extension.

I mostly point unit downward and do 1 hour sessions, with a space heater pointing at me the entire time.

Repeat as many times per day as you can for 5x days / week.

Sure have.

My flaccid gains are the most impressive, in terms of percentages and raw numbers. But my erect length is CONSISTENTLY .5-.75 inches longer than it was before I began.

Girth has been stable; only increasing slightly.

Hello guys! I just started to use X4 and I honestly dont feel that the traction Im applying is enough.

I am a long time jelq/pump user. Unfortunately i never bothered to do measures or pictures. Been doing on and off for more than 8 years now. Decided for the first time to try adding a ADS to see if I can start gaining in lenght again (pumping have helped until certain point and I am happy with girth already).

Just a tip for an ADS beginner, I feel my soft penis stretched, no pain, no problems and i can leave it for long hours (I take it off for blood flow whenever i feel it is getting a cold head). But it feels too light. If i use the longer rod, it then feels too much and it is pretty hard to maintain it in the device as it slips back).

How do you guys ‘feel’ that the traction is enough?

There’s a lot of trial and error to figure it out. The adjustment screws and variety of bar lengths make it infinitely adjustable. If adding a 1/2” bar is too much, then you shouldn’t add it and should extend the screws however far you need.

Thanks Phil210! Well, I actually didnt need a lot of tries to get it in a way that is comfortable and also giving a reasonable traction.

At first, it felt too light. That is because I am used to manual stretching. And we all know, manual stretch is one of the best but it is difficult to hold it more than minutes…

Surely, using X4 is not as strong as the manual stretch. But leaving it at the first day for 4h (Stopped after 2h and did one 10min stop to get blood flow and also using manual exercising, then left it again for more 2h). That was when i got it from the mail last Tuesday 16.

The next days, I could do 6h, then 7h (That was when i decided to post here regarding being too light).

Friday i took a day off work. Then I did a full 8h (always doing manual stretches in between 2h of X4 use, something like 5 to 10min).

Did another 8h Saturday. Then decided to rest on Sunday.

Tonight I am again doing the 4h. Unfortunately between work and social life it is what it is. I am not in a hurry. But i could already notice a lot of flaccid (gains?) lenght. My erection is also much better than before (My PE routine before X4 was just pumping(bathmate) and jelqing (dry jelq something like 30min a day).

I am very happy with the results so far and motivated to keep doing this routine as long as I can. This is what I do;

Before work: 10-15min using Bathmate;

All day cockring (I use a rubber band, that maintain a bigger flaccid look);

Then back home I do manual stretches(10min) + warming in shower. Then X4 for as long as I can (now i realise that it will be between 4-6h a night).

It does not seem much compared to what i read here (ppl using it everyday for at least 8h).

Lets see how it goes.
