which extender do you recommend ?

To each his own I guess, the QEP like any has its followers I guess. As I said I almost purchased one, I am glad I bought the Andro myself I don’t find the need to retrofit as mine is not uncomfortable it’s palatable as I stated.

The one thing I did find is the Andro is the only one to my knowledge that has any study using their product.

ant,
I saw the photos and don’t completely understand what you are doing with your conversion.

You are right, the standard issue QEP is somewhat dangerous, however I only use one silicone strap and can easily do two hours easily and 10-15 minute breaks without cutting of circulation.

I will let your remedy roll around in my head and see..

Thanks,
zy

Zy I know I personally like the comfort strap better than the standard one. They both stay on ok but the comfort strap, hence its name is more comfortable. I’ll measure the straps and you can see if they might fit yours.

Rob,
It looks like the holes and silicone tubing measure 5/16” diameter, I hope they are the same!

Thanks for responding!

Zy the tubing is 5/16” so it should I assume fit. The only thing I would recommend is if you have a smaller glans then trim the flat part to fit so it will go thru the holes if needed. I Know mine is a little on the smaller side and without trimming I sometime slipped out, once I cut it a bit bingo it works well.

Update: the self adhesive compression bandage has become obsolete. I tried a silicone penis sleeve today combined with the door draught excluder (dde) but I prefer the dde on it’s own. I prefer to let my dick skin get as much air as poss when my cock is in the extender for hours on end.

Rob,

Not sure I understand what you mean by “trim the flat part to fit so it will go thru the holes if needed”? On mine I simply thread the ends through the holes, I don’t have to pull the silicone straps all the way through.

Good to know the diameter is the same, going to give them a try.

One thing I notice on my shaft, there is a little red dot and I’m not pumping so not sure how the stretch rack could have caused that???

Thanks

Ant,
You’re going to end up creating and marketing you own line of extenders if you keep this up!

Zy in the center of the comfort strap there is the flattened out piece that sits over you glans it is wider than the 5/16” rounded part. Since it’s flat it can be pulled thru if your glans are smaller but I found it easier to just trim a bit off to make it slide thru the holes more easily.

Also the red dot I might think it may be from wearing it too tightly.

I understand you can pull the silicone tubing through the hole from one to the other, but don’t see how it can be pulled thru if your glans are smaller?

The strap is around the shaft and the flat part sits behind the glans, so how is it going to pull through?

Zy I found that at least in my case if your glans are a bit on the smaller size when I left the piece untrimmed the flattened piece would hit the holes before I was tightened in enough, when trying to pull it tighter sometimes the strap would twist a bit as the piece was forced thru which for me caused it to want to pop off. This would mean removing and making sure it didn’t twist on the way thru, I found for me by trimming at little off flat piece allowed me to pull it thru easier without the twisting, I am still using the same strap for a little over a month with no issue even after trimming it. Again if your glans are more on the average to larger size I don’t think it should be an issue at all since you wouldn’t need to pull any of the flattened piece thru.

Damn, got it! I am ordering the straps that you have today! Appreciate your replying numerous times!

Thank you Rob!

Zy no problem at all, good luck hope you find you like them.

Hey Rob,

I received the comfort straps but in use they don’t work for me unless I’m missing something?

The way they are designed the rectangular area gets tilted under tension thereby putting point specific stress/pressure much like the standard noose type.

Unless I use a significant amount of tension my unit just pulls out.

I’m ready to send them back if I can. The kit was about $ 54.00

How I made wearing the Quick Extender Pro comfortable

The common thread in almost all of the Quick Extender Pro threads I have seen is that in order to keep from slipping out of the glans support you have to tighten the straps so much that you end up cutting off the circulation. I had the exact same issue and I tried a bunch of different suggestions with only minimal success. I finally decided to put my engineering background to work and find a solution. The first step to finding the solution is to identify the problem(s).

So here was my list of problems with the Quick Extender Pro:
1. The ‘comfort’ pads are NOT comfortable. After a short while they felt like they were made of sandpaper!
2. In order to keep from slipping out, the straps had to be so tight it cut off circulation to my glans.
3. The straps keep loosening up.

My final solution is as follows:
1. I bought a silicone sleeve off of eBay to act as a replacement for the ‘comfort’ pad. Search eBay for ‘Male Penis Extender Stretcher Max Vacuum Enhancer Enlarger Silicone Sleeve’ and you’ll find it. The red line in the attached pic shows where I cut it down to size. I bought the large sleeve.
2. By folding the sleeve over on itself it doubles the cushioning of the silicone and prevents it from cutting off the circulation. The O-Ring creates a lip that prevents the strap from slipping off and it also prevents the sleeve from slipping over the glans.
3. I went with using a single strap and I feed the ends of the straps back through the bottom holes to keep the straps from loosening.

Here’s my 5 step process for putting on the silicone sleeve and getting strapped into the Quick Extender Pro: (see the attached image)

**Before doing anything, apply a LOT of baby powder! The silicone doesn’t allow the skin to ‘breathe’, so it will trap moisture and cause the silicone to ‘stick’ to your skin and it will probably hurt before too long.

1. Fold the sleeve over on itself, stretch it with your fingers and place it right behind your glans. Make sure the skin behind your glans is stretched a little so it’s smooth. You do NOT want a bunch of loose/wrinkled skin under the silicone sleeve.
2. Unfold the sleeve.
3. Slide O-Ring over the sleeve to about the 1/2 way point. I have found that a 1.25” ID (inside diameter) o-ring worked best for me.
4. Fold the sleeve back over the O-Ring. Folding the sleeve over provides a lot more cushioning to prevent the silicone noose from cutting off your circulation. The O-Ring creates a ‘lip’ that prevents the noose from slipping off and it prevents the silicone sleeve from sliding off over the glans when you start applying tension.
5. Secure the glans support. You will have to work out how much you need to tighten down the noose so that you secure your glans in place without cutting off the circulation.
