Total Man Extender

Has anyone tried the total man extender with the compression kit looks good I just can’t seem to get comfortable with the noose or vacuum

I have the Total Man complete kit and like their products.

Using a compression hanger, for hanging or extending, should be limited to 20 min sets.
It is very critical that you remove the compression hanger and get freshly originated blood recirculating through your Dick.

Before putting a compression hanger on, squeeze the blood out of your glans or else the pressure will build during hanging/extending and become uncomfortable.

So how many hours a day should you wear the extender for
