Time In Extender, Need Advice

I am able to log 12 hours a day so I can get in hours. Well, 3.5 months in I logged 815 hours. I injured myself on a nerve as I put to much tension to quickly. I took a 3 month break and have been back at it for 2 weeks. Currently 6 hours a day.

My question is: since I put in 3.5 months and 800+ hours do I continue off of that? I know you need to continuously put in 6 months to concrete gains. Does my 6 months start again?

Any help is much appreciated.

Since your off time is almost as long as your work out period, I would guess ( I don’t know for certain), that you will have to start all over again. The good thing is that your penis will be more flexible this time around, and you can start with the same length in the extender. 6 hours a day is good, you will get gains from that, and the inch that you want will come, maybe within a year, as it does for many guys. But we are all different, so no guarantee on that. Good luck.

I don’t think it’s enough of a science to say one way or another exactly how long you have to do it. I feel like you keep going until you’ve reached a length where you want to stop.

For a full inch, I’d think you would need at least a couple of years.

I think it depends alot on how your penis is built. There are many theories about elastin content and shower vs grower etc. Best way I found is measuring consistently and writing down your longest stretch. I never gained quick but i havent lost any length either, tbh i dont think you can lose penis length gains and I think if you see a loss its from the ligaments retracting/ becoming less stretched.

Penis pumps are easier to use, have much less risk of injury at reasonable pressures and times, and produce significantly better results in my experience.

I’ve used an extender, I think pretty much everyone has because they’re cheap and the hypothesis behind them makes sense, but I didn’t get any results from them. Using an extender at high tension actually shortens my erect length for a few days.

A good penis pump is about $40 and you can buy an aquarium pump you can modify for about $20. You can buy a cheap heating pad to wrap around the tube for about $5 if you don’t want to spend time doing warm ups. 20 minutes at 5 inHg every other day seems to produce consistent growth that hasn’t stalled yet. Gaining girth with a penis pump is ridiculously easy and rapid, at least in my experience.

You can make a hanger too. The good thing about hangers is they exert a set amount of force that is known, where as the tension springs in extenders are unknown. I have one extender and one side has a spring that exerts more force than the other and so it always wants to bend side ways. I attribute a fair amount of length gains to a light weight .5 lb. hanger. I put it on under my clothes and forget about it until my penis is sore from being stretched. I’ve been wearing it for 7 hours today already and if my penis wasn’t sore from the stretch I wouldn’t even notice it.
