potential new ADS

I was thinking today *(uh ohh) and googling my not so little fingers off and inspiration struck me while looking at ADS’s.

External Catheters, They are definitely capable of being worn for extended periods. You put them on like a condom, They are fairly sturdy and hold on good due to being tied to a tube that runs down the leg to a bag.

So i thought to myself if it will run to a bag and hold on how will it do with a mild stretch of elastic band or surgical tubing. Hmmm.

Anyway i will picking up a couple this afternoon for testing, They are 3$ a piece!

I will report my finding back to you guys here.

Well, Its serviceable. I picked up one of the condom types and gave it a test run last night, Basically you get it 1/2 ~3/4 hard and roll it on, Then you need to secure it for when you return to flacid *(i used a 3/4” wide strip of ace bandage wrapped just tight enough to hold the vacuum but not enough to cut circulation. Then hook up your tugger.

I am going to try different brands and will report back.

Yes, starting the little wrap right behind the ridge. Its a bit of a pain in the ass to get it adjusted perfect.

I think if i could find one of a smaller diameter where it would hug the flacid it would be damn near perfect. *(with the exception of being exactly like a condom and requiring a erection to properly place it.)

Are you using male external catheters with adhesive? If not, that might be an option to help keep it in place rather than wrapping (or maybe in addition to — making the wrap a bit less critical). Many male external catheters will come with an adhesive layer on the inside, and the premium brands will have larger (or smaller) adhesive areas based on styles — some even go so far as to have an adhesive area for the entire shaft starting at just under the glans. This might be ideal if you’re looking for more security.

I’m not sure how much tension you could put on this without running into issues, but I’d guess a few pounds worth anyway, which is all you’d need for a ADS. Interesting idea. Keep updating!

Fnargle thank you for the suggestion as i was posting here to say “yes they work and they are a complete and total fucking pain to keep from slipping” the ones i tried were cheap without adhesive.

I will try the ones with adhesive on the inside and report back.

Side note they will take a pretty good pull if properly attached *(in excess of 3lbs).

Awesome way to think outside the box!

Seems to me like any method that has to compress the shaft risks compromising blood flow at some point. To me that leaves vacuum and friction devices.
I described a method using micropore medical tape that has worked really well for me. I logged about 50 hours with this method until I ran out of tape. Only drawback is it takes a few minutes to do and does leave some “gum” on your dick but not a big deal to me.
I have ordered a commercial pre maid silicone vacuum cup stretcher, because it seems promising to me and was cheap, but if that doesn’t work out, I’ll be going back to the tape.

I have not found one of the catheters yet that will work.

BUT i bought one of those silicone tubes from absilicone . it works really well. AND they have great customer service.

I know there are external catheters used within some Dry Suits when scuba diving. Perhaps looking there may help?

Great Idea, I live in Miami, Florida which is full of diving shops. I think i will be hunting this afternoon.
