Penimaster With Foreskin

Can i actually stretch with the PM effectively withoit my foreskin being pulled back.

When i pull my foreskin back my frenelum gets crushed and after Half and hour my foreskin is very swollen.

When i dont retract the foreskin there is less swelling and bruising but i wonder if the stretching is effective.

Btw my foreskin gets pulled in anyway, eben if i try to pull it back as far as possible… thats when it gets crushed between chamber and sluice…

I just had my ligs cut so i will need to be stretching for atleast 6 month and i got to figure out how to do it.

are u using the vac PM or the strap?

Vac, currently with the belt but will switch to rods

My Main queestion is : if i suck my glans in covered with foreskin will it still Stretch my penis effectively or just my skin, because its hurts way less…

Like i said i had lig cut surgery so i need to stretch anyway to stop ligs from reconnecting and loosing length.

My foreskin is already quite large if its gets larger id probably just finally go the step of circumcision.

By stretching your foreskin you will lose a little of the tension cause some of it will be absorved by the skin.

But this is no prob… just upping tension a bit will be equal as if you were stretching without the foreskin in the game.

The big prob is that with that way your foreskin will grow and for most ppl this is not acceptable.

If you don t have a prob with that then go for it.

The other solution is to use the strap front piece of PM.

I dont have the strap, just the glans box.
More foreskin would bother me but i wanted to go for circumcision for asthetic reasons anyway some day so it would just push me further to that step.
Are you sure there is still enough tension on the penis to produce gains, because it doesnt feel very stretched just the skin does..

Be sure just to get the gel on the glans, not the foreskin below it.. Also, what I’ve noticed, when you get a slight pain it’s usually because your foreskin is about to get sucked in. Just pull it back while stretching

My foreskin was always blocked by the chamber from entering. I just pull it back and vacuum suck. May be you can try taping the foreskin ?

I am having issues now with the foreskin, under the glans I believe it’s called the frenulum, I am experiencing a cut there basically it’s slightly tearing. Perhaps it was due to too much tension for a couple of weeks. Has anybody dealt with this?

An awkward girl while giving me a hand job had teared my frenulum like 8 years ago because she was retracting my foreskin back sharply and with force .
For the next years when I had a lot of sex , especially on the hand and blow jobs with force it was tearing again and bleeding a little.
The last years this doesn t happen . Thank God.

I know a friend of mine that the same happened to him and this tear was always bleeding while he was having sex and he had to visit the emergency doc(after sex) and he cut it and he stitched it and he was fine.

He told me that the doc told him that the frenulum can not heal like the other parts of the body so if the tear is very deep …only a surgeon can fix it but its an easy and standard procedure. Its not something bad.

we are using a silicon sleeve for this purpose

I really can t understand why people are using vac especially with the PM extender.

The PM has the most comfortable strap on the planet cause its very wide and very soft.

I have extended with the PM strap for more than 1400h

I just posted on another thread regarding slipping out of the PMP.

I can’t get my glans to stay in - it doesn’t get sucked in fully and/or slips right out. I haven’t even had a chance to try it yet! Any suggestions?
