I’m hanging 2,5kg at the moment with penimaster.
Blue one is a bit big, but its doable.
Yellow one is best fit for me.
Green one is a bit small, but it streches out and no problem. I’m uncut.
So the process goes like this. Pull back your foreskin and attatch vacuum pump on your device. At the same time hold your foreskin back and press your gland against the entrance hole, release the pressure from the and turn right to unattatch the pump. Now press the pump again in vacuum state and reattatch to devise, release the pressure from the pump slowly until your glands are sucked in as much as it is comfortable to you. Not too much, because it will suck your foreskin in the device allso.
To understand better, take the device in your hand, attatch the pump and release, at the same time look in from the entrance hole, and you can see how it sucks the rubber in, now unattatch the pump and repeat, and the second time look inside from the hole and you can see how it makes more vacuum inside.
The device is amazing, learn to use it properly.
The gland size doesnt matter.

I received my PMP about a month ago. Didn’t open it until tonight. I spent the last two hours trying to get it on to no avail.
I ended up switching out the yellow latex for the blue as my glans wouldn’t even fit thru the yellow one (I”m uncut also).
My glans will go into the device but the minute I screw the suction ball off it will slip out. Perhaps I”m using too much of the lubricant but I don’t think so - I used like a drop.
I tried your method above - I pumped then attached and released - then rotated the pump so i could remove it and while my glans was slipping out (can’t help this) I pumped and attached again - gave it a second release - i did this three times and it still won’t stay in.
I’m extremely frustrated as I am in the same boat as the OP.
I spent 300 on the device and I do believe extenders work - I recently had my first gains after using an autoextender but chose to invest money in a study backed vacuum device (the auto extender was my first vacuum based device) and I’m really bummed.
I’ve seen the other posts and I’m not sure what would happen if I put my foreskin in there also - it may stay but I know thats not the way its supposed to be used so I”m wary of doing that.
I think what I’m going to do is go back to the yellow latex and try the two pumps. I’m hoping it works. If its slipping now it will definitely slip once you have traction on it.
Anyway - anyone else had any luck since the OP?
