New To Extending, Experiencing Something Unexpected

I received my Penimaster Pro about a week ago, and haven’t had any negative issues of consequence yet, however…

If I wear the extender with significant tension for more than an hour or so at a time, it starts to feel intensely pleasurable. Almost like edging, though without any direct active stimulation, and not even a hint of erection. It feels as though I would climax immediately, if I began stimulation. There were even a few moments this afternoon when I thought I might orgasm without any further stimulation, which seemed as though it would be quite awkward in the device. Luckily it did not happen.

If I alter posture while wearing the belt or adjust the device to increase tension further, the feeling of pleasure increases as well, until the tension reach the point that the vacuum chamber becomes painful on my glans.

I’m not alarmed by this, as such, but it is somewhat distracting. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
