Monkey Bar Questions

Hey guys I’m planing on ordering some monkey bar products in the near future, I just would like to know about things from actual monkeybar users.

I’m probably going to order a modified vac extender and some of those silicon comfort pads.

I have some basic questions that might sound stupid.

So for the Modified VacExtender v4. It looks like you have to suck the air out to create a vacuum? I thought you could just push it on the glands and it pops on.

Also are the silicon comfort pads ( for the extender) actually comfortable and they look really small. I wish I could see it someone, it’s hard to imagine.

Also the sleeves they come in hard and soft. Hard seems like it would hurt? Like pinch.

No. You must suck the air out.

I found it uncomfortable and too thick. The extender base tends to slip around on it too much. Just get 1/2” closed cell foam and make your own base pad. See my posts in other threads for detailed description and photos.

Get the sleeves Monkeybar recommends for the VacExtender. They are easier to roll up and serve the purpose.
