JES Extender which one?

Hey all,

I was looking at the JES extender site and it recommends sizes from:

Please note this product can only be used on penis sizes up to 17cm (6.7 inches).
Please note this product is suitable for penis sizes up to 24cm (9.1 inches).

I am a bit confused by what this means.

If I am approx 5.5NBPEL and 6.7BPEL, which do I go for?

Why would you even buy the smaller one?

The difference between those two, are just the number of bars to put into the extender. You must consider how long your penis is, and how long you want it to be as a goal. The other thing to consider, is the way you’ll strap it on - your glans are suppose to be almost in front of the extender when you put it on, ( the extender pushed in with one hand while strapping onto the penis), and then release the extender, to let the force of the springs set traction/force. One other thing is economy. What is the price difference between those two options, and what does a pair of bars cost, to purchase on the side ? The bars come in 1/2 inch, 1 inch, 2 inches. Obviously, the difference between those sets are a pair of 2 inch bars.

The other thing you can do, is to buy the 7 inch set, and buy a chinese copy from ebay, and then you’ll have more bars that will fit together, and a spare base and front piece + extra strap and noose. You will have to consider the cost of «postage» to both packages instead of one package.

I have since many years an original Jes, and later I bought additional bars to it, and they were expensive at the time - don’t know how it is now. Last year I found a chinese copy on ebay - very cheap incl postage - great to have as replacement parts, but the quality of it doesn’t compare at all to the original one, but great as spares.

Another question if you don’t mind, when they offer measurements to these devices is it in in NBPFSL or BPFSL?

If I am approx. 5.9 NBPFSL and 6.7BPFSL. Should I look towards the one with longer bars, assuming money isn’t an issue and I want to get to max suggested length of 24cm / 9.1”.

Also how did you find the Jes and have you cemented gains from use?

Hi Mr. Weenie, assuming money isn’t an issue, then go for the 9 inch version, and you will have an extender that will last for many years of gains - hopefully. Each man and his penis is individual, and so is gains, it varies from man to man.

When they set their numbers/sizes of extenders, I think they are meaning «nbfsl», and probably «nbel». The thickness of the pelvic fat pad is different on every man, but after long use of the extender,- and I speek for myself - the extender have, kind of, dug into the fatpad and I had to put in extra bars. I have however gained a little over 4 cm i erect length, and another cm in fsl. I have kept my gains, but I have started on a new routine after a break that lasted years, and I am gaining again.

I did find Jes online, and ordered it from their Danish website.

Yes it is safe to order from their dot com website. Never heard of the other one.

I put an order in and it comes next week.

Surprisingly their chat bot or customer service is quite helpful and response.

It will be interesting to see how much I gain as I have struggled with other methods. The site promotes confidence that 5-6hrs a day will yield 28% increase of length and 19% in girth and 7” length NBPEL

I’m not sure how stretching will increase girth but I’d be satisfied with 6.5-7” girth

Good for you. Was it the 9 inch version ? I did record more than 2400 hours extending, with an average of 4 hours per day ( just over two years), and did gain a little over 4 cm. I think you can expect to go from 6,5 to 7 in a few months, and beyond if you are committed to this and not overdo things. Remember to assemble the extender, so that - when compressed- the extender is at a length that your glans, ( on the stretched out penis - with the free hand), almost are in front of the front-piece, and there you strap in and release the extender.

If however, the extender shows maximum force/traction right away - meaning that there are no visible lines on the adjustment screws when you have released - you will have to take it off again, and assemble it in another way using shorter bars combination, so that you can start off with lower force/traction. It is recommended that you start easy, and in shorter intervals, to get used to the extender and not shock your penis. When starting on lower force, and you after a while want to have more force, you use the adjustement screws to push the bars forward - thus extending at a greater length.

You will notice that your penis will become more flexible and that more force is needed to reach maximum extention, and this is also what we uses the adjustement screws for. In the beginning of every session, at least this is how it is for me, still after all this use, my penis get erected every time I put on the extender, and when it goes down, I’ll have to use the adjustement screws to keep up the force. To strap in and at the same time compress the extender and stretch the penis is quite a dance, but you’ll get the hang of it. It takes practice. Good luck.

The Aussie site is legit. I bought my Gold model from them in 2015 (I’m strapped into it tonight). It has lasted well. Great quality but expensive. I’ve found the Oz site excellent for spare parts.

I received the device yesterday and the first issue I had was that the rubber was too big for the holes. After a few minutes of forcing it through I finally got both pieces in but it is incredibly hard to pull off after use. I am not sure if this is because the part it too big or the holes are too small.

The second thing I have noticed is that the traction force rods (lines) automatically is less than 900g even once I extend the rods.
I’ve watched the video online and it shows that the springs should move into the rods but mine does not do this, it stays on less than 900g.

Do I need to use less rods or more rods? Or is it faulty?

I bought it on the international site Carpedeum as it was cheaper

I ended up trying more rods and it can see the rods moving now.

Weird thing is that it keeps slipping off my glans as mine is not large enough to catch the rubber rope properly.

Did you notice any expansion in the glans with overuse?

My question is.

When I wear the Pro Extender.

TO SEE GAINS..

1) Should I place my stretched flaccid penis extended upto 6.25” which is my NBPEL

2) Or should I place my flaccid penis stretched more than 6.25” to see gains

3) Or should I stretch my penis in the extender up to say 5-5.5inch or 6 inch.

Please help!

Hello Mr Weenie, sorry for my late answer, I’ve been away without internet connection. Yes, if you didn’t see low traction, you could either adjust the screws or put in more rods/longer rods to fit your extended penis, but as I wrote in my early answer, when strapped in -in the compressed extender, ( with one hand), your glans should be almost infront of the frontpiece/cradle. When you then release the extender from your hand, you should experience good traction.

The glans is to small - it takes a good practice when strapping in, and at the same time compress the extender, and when you are comfortably strapped in - without fasten the strap underneath the frontpiece ( or just tying them together with a piece of string), you could try to jelq more blood into the glans ( while the extender still compressed) and then secure the strap and letting the extender go and see the amount of traction.

Hello Zilongpro.

You should extend your penis as far as it will let you to, but also keep in mind to keep it comfortable and safe. Everyone of us is different and so is our penises, and everyone has ones limit to what is comfortable or not. However, some guys say that you should go easy at all times, no matter how many years that you have been doing this, and some say you should go at maximum force/traction. Everyone of us is different, some of us respond better to lesser force, and some have to go hard to get gains. There simply isn’t one solution that works for everyone, we will have to experiment to find what works for each one of us.

So, to answer your 3 questions - you will have to take the time and effort and experiment the different method that works for you and are comfortable to you. But bottom line is start out easy ( that is with low force, and that will be alternative #3, and get your penis accustomed to the extender) It takes some practice to strap in correctly and learning to do it safely.

Mrweenie, you could get a piece of cloth of some kind, or gauze, and have it around your penis, behind the glans, to make it harder for the strap to slide over the ridge of the glans. Yes, my ridge has got somewhat larger over the years, so that the chance of slipping out has been reduced.

In my first answer to you this evening, I wrote « if you did not see low traction», - I intended to write « if you do see only low traction».
