Scroll down the following thread for a good looking silicone sleeve based ADS:

Only drawback is you have to make them yourself.

AHHHHHHH!
Thank you.
Now that looks more like what I’m talking about.

Does anyone have any thoughts on that product?
I’m convinced that stopping the turtle all day long, even at a low pressure will make a huge difference over time.

Appreciate the response but that one is going for a downwards pull, much like the auto ads (or is it auto extender?) the red thing which was popular a while back.

The link above yours is the right one, upwards pull seems good to me.

Take a quick look at the link in my signature, easy to make, comfortable to wear.

There’s no link in your signature babbis.

I’m just dropping in, but it sounds like you might be looking for something like this .

I built a strap like the one in the picture and it worked great. It’s best with loose sweats. Belts could present a problem.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

inches-au,

You really needn’t worry about stretching ligaments by using an extender pointing downwards, I don’t think. Some guys hang 20lbs> religiously (Modesto :) ) and don’t stretch their ligs a millimeter.

Jelq my boy, jelq like the wind.

Inches-au,

Although it’s on the Spanish forum, the attached pix give more than enough detail to be able to fabricate one easily.

Check it out here: ADS Casero

Build one to try first for next to nothing before you spend big $ on a commercial version.

Try putting ADS in the search engine for lots of ideas. That’s how I found that thread.
