Hi guys,

Does it matter if I split set? Let’s say 3 hours in the morning and 3hours in the evening for a total of 6 hours per day? Or is it required to continuously wear for 6 straight sets to gain?

Split set is fine. When I was using an extender I tried to keep to 1 hr minimums. I could never go longer than 1 hr without taking it off and massaging and stretching my unit, then back on it went.

Yes. As with any PE activity you need to monitor your PI’s. If, for example, you are strapping up for hour #6 and your penis seems to be a little shrunken (turtling), you probably should stop and let your penis rest.

This just goes to show that everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. I must admit that you are the only or at least one of the few that I have heard can wear an extender for 2 hrs without removing it. I have close to 600 hrs in mine and can barely make it through 1 hr.

I am only making this comment as I do not want other newbies to think that if they cannot make 2 hrs without removing the extender they are doing something wrong. Everyone needs to monitor their dick and learn what works and what does not work. Learn your limits. Monitor your PIs.

Anyone got any idea about how long is preferable for maximum gains. Ie. If I can go 3 hours easily without adjusting is it better to keep it constant?

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your device. Andropenis indicates using the device for around 2 hours, loosen up for a couple of minutes to massage or let blood flow and then reattach the device for 2 more hours and so on. If you are advanced (3+ months) they recommend using it for 1.5 hours tops each time. The goal would be achieving 8hs each day, they recommend 12hs (which is hard to do), I mostly average 7 to 8 hs/day after 2nd month. In my fist month I averaged around 5hs/day.
